Just how lovely it is to see new dolls and think "I love it, I want it, it would bring me joy" instead of "so these came out, yeah, meh, no". Purchasing them or not, it's good to see that the toy companies still can deliver.
It's just a blue version of the pink one that came out a few years ago. Personally I wasn't a fan of the outfit then either and restyled her in the poodle parade outfit
I want a Mojo Dojo Casa House SO bad! Or like, have a professional interior designer come and look at my doll houses and say “do this, do this, do this…” Failing that, I’d just like to live in Barbieland
My Scene....I'm so excited, but haven't heard anything!!! I only have ONE thrifted Chelsea doll. She's just a common one that came naked. So I have always liked My Scene, but wasn't collecting back then. So....release them already! 🤣....the MUSIC you had on while talking about these ! Hahaha ha!
I've heard they will have the same face sculpt and bellybutton body type they originally came with. It will be interesting to see if they update the makeup styles with new face screening or not.
Love hearing such positivity about the Dream Besties. I love them, especially Theresa, and how their personalities aren't one dimensional stereotypes, but most people I've seen aren't into the proportions, faces or fashions, and I love all of it ❤❤❤ cant wait for them to hit shelves
Warning: all the Monster High dolls in that line have poly ! Normal dolls in MH have saran, but these with the boxes have poly. I love the intricate design on the boxes, I need just one ! So pretty. Oh & I never thought I'd like MH either, but I do now & they're G3 dolls just keep getting better with each release.
I'm LIVING for the Barbie Dream Besties, I need them all! Love how they are scaling up the Barbie Extra Mini faces into this scale and merging the Extra fashion with more of the toned down fashion of the fashionistas. I need Pearla, the tween mermaids too! And already got me those MH skull. Secrets dolls😋
I really like the new OMGs. I will probably get Pearla, they both look so good though. The Tweens took a hit with those missing wrists and elbows but thankfully OMG did not. I do like the new Rainbow High winter dolls, mainly Bella maybe Sunny. I don't think I've gotten a RH doll since last year, so I'm ready for it.
Weird Barbie was the only movie doll I wanted, but her price kept me away. But she was my favorite character from the movie. The doll’s hair just needs to be a bit more punky.
I can’t wait for Barbie dream besties!!!! They’re adorable but I would be CRUSHED if they had polypropylene hair 😩😩😩😩 as far as the Barbie the movie dolls go, I would love to get Barbie in her yellow dress. I was disappointed in the mini dream house….the price seems excessive to me.

I'm so excited for My Scene. I'm not scared about it, I'm just so curious. I definitely want them. If they tank, there are so many other dolls I can calm myself down on. Rupaul is a queen that I'm sure all of us are dying to get our hands on.
RH winter line...I don't hate it ! I hate the slime & swim lines. And I'm not happy about no wrist articulation, but this winter line has new stuff to add to my collection. And as long as they keep giving us the same adorable faces we love & nylon hair.....I may keep being a customer.
It's sad looking at the RH asile at work they started to clearance the last good ones from 2023. The only ones that would be left are the mediocre new ones.
The My Scene concept art is like Lalaloopsy that is interesting to put the realistic head onto the sewn plush style. The monster high girls are similar to the Boo York film when the comet ufo arrived at the end. My focus now is having more doll furniture and room sets

I didn't know about the rupaul doll either until right b4 it was released. Im a big dragon lover & blonde haired black doll lover & rupaul lover,so this doll is PERFECT! ORDERED her, got het last week & LOVE IT! I don't wanna take out of the box but i may order another for that purpose. So happy. Shes INCREDIBLE! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
I am right there with you ! I'm a Barbie girl first & always. But damn it...I have lots of RH too, cause they're so adorable & high quality fashion is too good to pass ! I have only 6 OMG dolls, for same reason & I'm not even a big fan of their eyes. Bratz too, just a few....but always think too "why can't we get this for Barbie?????"🤣😫

This is the weirdest doll I have ever seen. But that's why I love her so much 😍 I love the all new Silkstone Sapphire Barbie doll. For me she rises from the ashes to overcome the simplified budget designs just before the BFMC line was canceled. She's giving me 'Death Becomes Her' vibes with her high fashion funeral ensemble. She survived and buried some bad fashion faux pas from her minimalistic era. And is ready for a new era. Her broche, earrings, bag and grief shielding fabric covering her eyes, shows me the detailing and Silkstone pizzazz is back. Love her updo braid. Imagining unfolding her braid! Then after a good shampoo she has beautiful wavy long hair😍

Hello - Originally we only received the few My Scene VHS and DVDs with the actual figures in their boxes. The new series of the Besties would then obviously be a return to that with a whole new twist and look which promises to be another style of animation altogether. This would offset the possibility of fans tiring of the current design of the present DVDs. Hopefully the episodes will also be available in a box-set as have been the other TV series of late, being of course the Big City Dreams, It Takes Two and A Touch of Magic. Thank you for a lovely review. We have some delights to look forward to, and let's face it, we deserve it. Enjoy your collection!

The new Silkstone gives modern glamour in my opinion, but I prefer pink and pastels, so I'll pass on her and wait to see what the next BFMC doll looks like. If we got more dolls from the movie that isn't the mermaid Dua Lipa, I'd want some of the other Barbies from the day on the beach when Margot Barbie had flat feet. Or just outfit packs that are inspired by the movie for our dolls to wear!
Yes please do a Barbie the movie doll's special lololol I lost count of how many different dolls were made as I only purchased 5 separate dolls as they came on the SIGNATURE site lol that was my limit. Sugar daddy, surfing Ryan, gold jumpsuit, pink cowgirl, and pretty plaid w/ hat Margot large non remote vehicle and outfits $$$. I really want the new mini house but think the price is quite high. I will be getting that new Rich Widowed Diva in Blue and yes you nailed she is jet set Rich and looking for another 100 yr old man she can jet set with. I so enjoy all of your content!!! XOXO
So many new dolls to be released - I had to be selective which to be added to mythem collection. I collected all completed LOL OMG dolls til end of 2023 and I decided to quit collecting them. But seeing that 2 new LOL OMG dolls, I am considering to get them. I am on the fence on Barbie Bestie depending on the quality that I was not a fan with Barbie Extras.because of cheap plasticky feel. I have completed collection of RH/SH dolls and Barbie The Movie. I am excited to see new RH dolls still coming out …and the new line of My Scene…I have over 30 of My Scene from thrifty finds. I hope they are having this similar designs…I have to sit tight and wait to see if they do. I love those Silkstone Barbie’s! I am considering to collect this line in my collection. I am Bratzie collector, they are my number one in my collection. I would love to see your complete collection of Barbie the Movie hoping I didn’t miss anything as far I know what I have so far. 😅😍
With seeing Sapphire- I’m noticing a lot of dolls are giving mono color looks. Now I always loved a mono color look, but I think the success of RH has kicked this trend off.
Hi Arjen I couldn't tell if the Barbie Besties are articulated? I don't like tinsel on dolls or plastic pieces that should be cloth like Brooklyn leggings. My fav is Theresa ❤ Yes MGA LoL yes!

I can’t wait for Dream Besties! I just got the new SS Draculaura today and as cute as she is I’m bummed she has poly hair (I’ll eventually reroot her, I can’t stand when dolls have poly hair). Also, it makes me very sad we haven’t gotten any more movie dolls. I really wanted more fashion packs of everything Margot wore. The movie and its dolls mean a lot to me so it’s SUCH a bummer they seem to be done making dolls for the film 💔
love the silkstone color i have the pink one but this doll makes the pink one not my fav anymore. since silkstone dolls on eb are more than 100 i was surprized this new one was only 75.

Didn't the My Scene description say they were using the original sculpt? From the drawing (I think there's lines at the knees & elbows) I'm guessing they'll use the Extra regular body, which is my favourite, but I wouldn't be mad at a Belly Button comeback. I ordered the Movie house, but it really should have come with more than Barbie for the price, but I hope they do a collector set with the other Barbies, Ken's, Allan. Midge & Skipper (a "controversial" Barbie, Ken & Skipper set would be cool too). I really hope we see Movie Barbie is the blue dress and as ''59 Swimsuit Barbie (releasing it this year feels like a no brainer IMO). I'd love. to see a movie Allan (but with a Michael Cera sculpt). I thought Sugar Daddy Ken was a stranger choice. I'd have rather they finally released the original Silkstone, and other than Dua Lipa mermaid, I can think of any other stand outs. A dream would be to actor accurate President, Doctor, Lawyer Barbies too ("rumour" has it they were all made and signed off but scrapped when Ryan Gossling said no initially, before accepting after the movie became huge), and as there's going to be a Ncuti Gatwa/ Dr Who Ken, I'd be all about his Ken being released, but we'll be lucky to get a '59 Swimsuit Movie Barbie at this point, although the release of the mini house gives me hope, but I think anything else Movie related will be more limited. JMO :)

Ok the monster high dolls are really cute 😍 they do have poly hair but its not the worst poly. I actually really like them the face ups and outfits i had to get them. Ill reroot them in saran but not everyone does that. Poly can be a deal breaker for some I know at a 30 price point. I still really like them, but i have most of the newer monster high dolls, so kinda a completist. 😬 I do recommend the RuPaul Dragon Queen doll she is amazing one of my new favorites 😍 a bit pricey at 55 but its a collector.
I don’t mind paying good money for a quality doll but I find the clothes now is not the standards of Matell clothing used to be I love miss saphire girl.❤️❤️❤️
