Dollar General Makeup What’s Good?!

Believe Beauty is an exclusive makeup brand sold only at Dollar General. Most of the makeup is under $6, making this cosmetic brand very affordable. But the question remains, what is good from Believe Beauty makeup? Today, I have a full face that I purchased at my nearby Dollar General to test for a full day. I’ve tested and wore Believe Beauty makeup before, but also wanted to pick up some new makeup that I’ve never tried. Spoiler alert, Believe Beauty cream blush is incredibly pigmented and wore great all day long.

Believe beauty also has a great foundation brush that is SUPER dense! I use it with a bouncing motion for my blush and it’s amazing!

I absolutely love believe beauty translucent setting powder it’s very finely milled and smooths out my face and makes my make up last all day without having to touch it up. I chose it even over my high end powders I reach for it almost every time but everything else I’ve tried has just been ok not exactly my favorite but for the price it’s definitely worth trying

I found Believe Beauty after Allie Glines raved about it and I love it! The shade range isn’t wide, but it’s so cheap that it’s easy to mix tones. It’s particularly good for those of us who need a moist effect in our foundation.

I can attest to the quality of their brushes! Believe Beauty (Dollar General) has limited bushes but what they do have is very good quality at a very affordable price. I've had mine for two years and I take care of my brushes but they're still good as new. I like a heavier brush and their brushes have some weight to them.

I love their foundation - I have combo mature skin and it’s pretty hard to mess up. I took it on vacation with me and it did great (when set) in humidity 👏🏼😎

Believe beauty has some AMAZING nail polish! I usually will spend 14-20$ a bottle on expensive polish but this brand is cheap and doesn't chip.

Lots of texture with the foundation. I have used that foundation a couple years ago but the prices have increased about 50% since then.

I don’t see any change in your face shape/shadow using contour makeup. I have noticed that most all ladies I see use contouring but I cannot see purpose since there seems to be no change with or without ? Wondering why y’all even bother to use this makeup?
