RIGHT?? Mine is always a complete wreck, smells like someone died, and I can NEVER find what I need, nor can anyone ever help me. I'm 98% sure that the person who stocks the shelves has zero rhyme or reason to his madness method other than "create chaos".
Ahhhh! I LOVE that circular floral centerpiece! I had a plan to use various sizes of glass vases, white floating candles, eucalyptus leaves, and a gold picture frame (for table numbers) as my centerpieces but part of me thought it was a little too basic so I wanted to add something else incorporating white roses/flowers so I will DEFINITELY be going to my local Dollar Tree and using the flower wreath idea. Thanks so much for sharing!
Great idea with the lights on the ring! I’ve been looking for eco-friendlier ways to set up the hoop for my seasonal centerpiece. I love the moss, twine, burlap and ceramic decor options at the dollar tree. Thanks for the ideas!
I love that! I make wreaths and arrangements using a lot of DT flowers. If you combine the petals from two flowers onto one stem they look a thousand times better! I also spray paint them if I can’t find a certain color I need.
My husband teaches elementary severe needs and his classroom is so boring. He saw your page and gave me permission to make his room exciting and lovely for his students. Thank You!!! Subbed.
currently planning my backyard wedding! Baller on a budget over here! I would LOVE to see some rustic creations with a sage green dusty blue and silver color scheme
The thing always left out with these DIY dollar store decorations is, how many decorations do you have to make? If you have 40 tables needing center pieces, this can add up quickly and be very time consuming.
40 Tables? That’s 320-400 guests. That’s not a ‘budget’ event. Nor is anyone required to DIY until insane or spontaneously become a wedding planner of a million moving pieces with 15 vendors. Have the wedding you can afford (and handle!).
I attempted this project and it was successful but only because my husband helped me make the wreath stand. It kept flopping back and forth. I would recommend not to remove all the wire but leave a section of the layered wire that will fit in the foam base. If you cannot do that then you need to bend the wire as so it creates a 2 V shapes where you would place it in the foam. Even then i doubt it will be as secure as it should. Mine ended up slightly twisted. I added extra support to the ends and hot glued the space where the wire went thru. Also, if you plan on this standing where you see both sides, you will need double to flowers. Cool idea but project needs to be more secure. I also glued mine to the glass side of the frame, flipping over the paper inside the frame and I removed the stand on the backside.
Yes..... or cut the hoop and insert ends into foam. Build up where foam n wire meet with.... anything. Little squares of cardboard.... twisted piece of copy paper...beads u do not like... pieces of craft sticks. Anything mounded and secured where wire n foam meet with hot glue will make this very sturdy. Glad u got help! Happy Crafting Everyone!
The flowers i got from hobby lobby the circle and floral foam I got from dollar tree. Garland - 14.99 Roses - 9.99 (my red and white) Baby's Breath 7.99 There's always a coupon you can use to save on the flowers and sometimes there are sales for them
Girls your video is amazing but how you hold the wreath without falling? I put silicone but still not firm any ideas pleaseeeeeeee I'm doing 12 of this centerpieces for first time for my aunt's birthday
Wondering where you found the greenery that you added with the white flowers from the dollar store!? I didn’t see y’all get that there but I’m in dire need of realistic looking faux greenery like on the wire center piece!!!
$18.00. depending on how large your tables are, a small wedding of 100 people will require 10-12 tables, so if you did ALL of this, you'd be spending $180-$216 for centerpieces alone. If your budget allowed, this is gorgeous! But I know my budget isn't stretching this far
My wedding is going to have terracota, nudes, ivory, Sage green greenery, it will also have pampas Grass. Is there a video you guys can do based on those colors? I need help!! My wedding is on April 9th
i noticed that when they glued the foam block to the back of the frame it was on the kick stand which was rly not helpful at all, i would have torn off the kick stand then glued it,. just make sure you also hot glue the ring to the block itself if it refuses to stay
I noticed that right when I watched this! I knew that was what was going to happen. You can see the girl holding it up the entire time. Of course they aren’t going to tell you when their project is a flop. I

Try wrapping the green floral tape (also at Dollar Tree) around the wire, then try using hot glue ( Gorilla glue, Ad Tech, Stanley, etc.) to adhere the florals. Congratulations & best wishes.

@@angelicahurlburt4189 it depends on if you want it to be identical or not. I made changes and sacrificed things due to cost in order to make it work for me. If you need more information and pictures please email me and I will help you the best I can. whitneyhagans@gmail.com
