What a great idea, Jamie. Not heavy, but made of heavier cardboard and would be fairly sturdy unless it would get wet and it could tear. Pros and cons. :)

I put my kitchen knives into thin cardboard sheaths like that after I sharpen them. They are practically free, and act as a warning signal for the roommates that the knives are really sharp.

I use cardboard sheaths so i dont ruin my lunchbox liner.

I thought it was a good video and wasn't trying to knock it in any way, I just thought it was a good thing to point out. I mean mentality can play a massive role in survival. Staying positive is much easier when you have someone whether it be a person, a dog, or even a volley ball like on castaway lol. Good video though.
