Hi Mey! That is really nice that you are taking care of that cat. Feral cats need a lot of patience. I think my black kitty, Sophia is part feral as she has trust issues. Sometimes her behavior at times makes me think she was part feral. My husband and I think she was abused. We adopted her through the Humane Society here. She's friendly, but she is not a lap cat. Opposite of our other two previous cats. We've had her for a year would you believe it! She is doing better though. By city law with your cat you have to have them registered here. A lot of that has to do with the bird population. She is strictly an indoor cat just like our other cats in the past. It also keeps her safe from stupid humans for the most part. Being a black cat some humans may not be so kind to her. I live next to a forest and sometimes I will see foxes and other wild life like deer. Thank you for sharing! I have not been to a DT in a very long time due to bad weather. Prices are now $1.50 CAD here. Used to be $1.25 CAD I will have to check out a DT across town when the weather is warmer.
