make a chicken ala king gnocchi stew...yummy 2 ala king, 1 chicken, 1 gnocchi, 1 can mix veg, peppers and onions. add all to 1 pot!! the gnocchi will cook in the time it takes all ingredients to cook through. add as much pepper and onion as you prefer. i have tons of dollartree meals 😋

For the ramen lovers, a teaspoon of peanut butter dissolved in the broth is like an Asian delicasy. Also grated carrots are sweet for raman or other mixes.

I've been making Potato Soup for years and always made my mashed potatoes separately, then added it. I love when I learn a simpler method that should have been obvious to me.

As a type 1 diabetic, it is valuable to see what a portion looks like. Portion control is everything…even for “comfort casseroles”.

That taco rice skillet is going in my rotation. Yum. Chips, cheese, and sour cream would be fantastic on top. Also, you can make cheddar bay biscuits from boxed bisquick, garlic powder and butter/oil, Old Bay and milk. There are lots of recipes for them online. They taste exactly like the Red Lobster ones, and it comes out to cost less than the packaged Red Lobster ones you can buy at the store. We keep everything on hand just because they are normal use items in our home. Bisquick dumplings are the best. I add a little more Bisquick than it calls for, (1/4 cup more) and the dumplings come out fluffier and less wet. I have yet to find a homemade recipe that is better.

I am so jealous of your ( and everyone else's) Dollar Trees!! Lol. Mine doesn't have half the stuff yours does. I actually just left my Dollar Tree. I went there to get ingredients to make your sausage and gnocchi dish. It was a fail. But they did have the ribeye and salmon... so I'm doing that for Valentine's Day!! I love your videos so much ❤

The tuna casserole was so much easier than baking it in the oven! I love this recipe and I am going to make it tonight. I have all of these ingredients in my pantry!

Loved the a'la king dish. You could eliminate the undercooked frozen veg by simmering with the soup for 7-10 min then adding chicken and go on from there.

Love your recipes. I use ingredients (bought from other stores) from my pantry to make them.

The chicken ala king mixture can be served on top of waffles inexpensively if you own a waffle maker. Pancake mix has the waffle instructions on the side panel of box.

Thanks Rebecca! I know you have the kitchen aid cheese grater but I have a couple of tips regarding the use of the box grater. First, put the grater in the freezer as well as the cheese. This will make the grating more consistent. Second, lay the grater on its side when in use. This will stabilize the box grater as well as make the cheese easier to relocate. Love the content!

A lot of the frozen vegetables at DT are from China I think that is why some of them are hard like plastic. Great video! Keep up the great work! 😊

I make a chicken rice meal so similar to that. Almost the same except I struggle with the texture of the canned chicken so I will use leftover chicken, frozen chicken tenders or patties, or even canned tuna. I wish the texture of canned chicken would keep like tuna texture does 😕

The bar s sausage is gross..no flavor..and its not her fault the recipes r good receipes,the gnocci and pesto soup...best ive ever had even if i used alil better quality..but still very affordable

Very creative and simple as well. I don't think our Dollar Trees have all those items and we have two DTs. I could be wrong but I'd be surprised if they had all those refrigerated or frozen things and some of the other things as well. I've shopped in them, as well an occasional couple of others when I travel between towns enough in the food sections to be pretty sure of that. I've never seen quite a few of the items. BUT maybe I need to take another look, but been in them fairly recently.

Our dollar trees in Canada aren't selling $1 items anymore things have gone up to $1.50 and up. Maybe a can of pop would be $1. Plus my dollar tree doesn't carry any frozen food or many name brand items. Most items come from other countries like China (I won't buy). Your recipes look delicious tho

Do you not wash the rice? Idk you could cook it in oil which is cool but not washing it concerns me cause the rice is dirty and dusty. I mean the plain rice in the first recipe
