When she said “We are all gods children” she’s not saying everyone is gonna agree with that, to the people who don’t believe in god they don’t believe they are gods children, to ‘some’ people who do believe in god, they are still gods children, despite who they really are. The Bible never said “MAN AND MAN IS BAD” or “NO GAY” it just said “man and woman” which I feel like refers to child development, not love. You can love anyone you feel closest to, ever see a gay man look weird at some girl asking them to go out with her? I think all these Stars just tell people what they want to hear. Like everyone else she just wants to be liked. In reality truth is love. And sometimes truth is not what most people want to hear. I think that she's persecuting Christians making the assumption that Christ is not love.

That's the kinda Christianity I will say I was lucky to grow up around esp in rural swva. My family can be weird about alot of stuff and when I came out at 14 in 2001 dad said "even tho I don't agree its not for me to judge but HIM. It's my duty to make sure you're happy and safe". Mom she said she had a 50/50 chance feeling I might come to her one day (that or just a sensative straught guy as she called it) but me coming to her finally confirmed that we were indeed born that way. I once told my grandparents who born in the 20s. They acted like I was too young and confused at 20 LOL i mentioned it to my dad in when my late 20s when they were both close to passing (didn't know at time obv) and he said they werent in denial and they accepted it it's just something they don't address but obv it never bothered them or they'd never be focused on seeing me over their other grandkids if their feelings changed (was known among my aunts/uncles/cousins me and my one cousin were the favorite grandkids). they more concerned about my "purity" just like every grandkids aka have the cow bought before tasting the milk💀 I know that's a ramble but between dollys comment and my grandma being a huge dolly fan hahaha

i make exactly the same argument about those Christians who condemn the gays ---- The Bible clearly says : Those who has never sinned can throw the first stone, the one who judges others of their sins will be the first to be judged by God ---- If you really are Christian and you have read the Bible, you should be fearful to condemn others of their sins. Just worry about YOURS and how YOU can live as a good human being.

Christians are actually called by Jesus to teach repentance from sin. Telling someone they’re sinning in order to help them is actually being loving, instead of pretending like they’re not when they’re clearly living in rebellion to God’s design. Also, Jesus taught against hypocritical judgement, not judgement itself.

I love her outlook on this topic. The only thing I would say is loving your neighbor isn’t the same as endorsing or approving them. Sometimes loving your neighbor requires you to tell them things they don’t want to hear. You don’t have to hate someone in order to not approve of their lifestyle. I think we are all God’s children, but unfortunately some of us won’t inherit His kingdom for living the lives we live. That’s not just homosexuality, that includes adulterers, swindlers, the sexually immoral, thieves etc.. 1 Corinthians 6:9. We should treat everyone with the love and grace that God has shown us. And yes vengeance is left for God.

Sorry Dolly, either your grandfather wasn't very good preacher or you didn't learn a darn thing from him. You certainly didn't learn anything from the Bible when it says that homosexuality is an Abomination, you are not passing judgment, the Bible is. But it is your job to uphold the opinions of the Bible, and it is indeed your job to do God's work! That is what we are here for! Obviously everyone who starts screaming, "judge not lest you be judged," has never read how the Bible explains what that means, nor do they know the verse that says judge with righteous judgment, which means that you should judge things way God does, not from your own opinion. Which includes how a Christian should act! How Christians should act should only be based on how the Bible tells the Christian to act and not from just little bits and pieces that the world hits out so that they can try to control a Christian into doing things the way they want them to do them.

I feel if you are going to quote scripture as a means of giving your support on this issue, you are going to have to go back to the first marriage which took place in the Garden of Eden. God answered Adam's desire to have a companion by creating Eve. God commanded when joining them together to be fruitful and multiply and replenish the whole earth. God did not create at that time many other men and women so Adam could choose from whomever he thought would be the best companion for himself. God chose Adam's companion for him. Also why would God instruct them to do the impossible in their marriage and bear children when God fully knew a homosexual marriage could not then and never will be able to produce children? This is not called judgement- it is called obeying a marriage law that God created from the very beginning. Also to quote the scripture most use people which is "Let him without sin cast the first stone" to support their point of view on this issue, they use the woman at the well narrative to tell us that we as sinners ourselves are not to judge others. However, the second part of the narrative always seems to be conveniently left out which is when Jesus also told her "To go and sin no more." Scripture needs to be read prayerfully asking for God to give us a true understanding of the meaning of His word; not just take out whatever parts seem to fit your world view and try to twist it accordingly. I end by quoting Jesus who also said "If you love me, you will keep My commandments."

NO! sounds to me she's not saved, I pray she does get saved. But telling them “you are who you are” well I know God makes no mistakes and if he made you a man, you are a man. And if you are born a woman , you are a woman. Dolly Pardon claims to be a Christian, yet she's ok with sin. Because that's what the act of homosexualality is, it's sin. And it's not that true Bible believing Christians are judging, not at all, but love speaks the truth. True Christians are to love what God loves, and hate what God hates. God loves what He created, but He hates sin. And not everyone of us are God's Children, but we are all God's creations. Jesus makes it very clear in scripture, to those still choosing to live in their sins, when He says, "You are of your father the devil." Jesus also says, to those that have repented of their sins, asked God for forgiveness, and excepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, that He gives us the right to become Children of God. That's God telling me that you can only be His child when you are truly born again, and are continuancly walking away from your sins, and walking everyday in God's ways, truth and life. Dolly Pardon shapes a God to suit herself, as do alot of people. But that's not the One true living God in the Bible.
