I’ve been a huge fan of Dolph for decades! I met him in about 2009 at Austin Texas’ Fantastic Fest- he was awesome to talk with. I always wanted him to play the first superhero Clark “Doc” Savage- he would’ve been perfect! We love Dolph!

No, I think it's vital that people realize they're not going to achieve the same results just eating 6 meals a day and lifting & boxing. Yes, you still have to put in the time and work, but no one here is attaining that same physique without the 2 most important factors of all: PEDs World class genetics They outweigh the diet and routine exponentially. 95% of people can't look like Dolph with the diet, lifting, and PEDs. The genetics are the most important factor

Dude, he almost killed Stalone in Rocky IV, he hospitalised Silvester for 4 days. He punched him in the chest so hard, that some part of Stallone's heart got damaged enough that it caused motor problems maybe terminal, not sure, I think something ruptured on his heart, but yeah, Dolph Lundgren was super fucking strong

No one natural can train the same muscle every day and have good results. Your muscle constantly breaks down and doesn't develop properly. With steroids though you can train like that to get those results

Well two things he's is a martials artist so he used to training for long periods of time and Two yes you can get a body like that without overtraining start with working out 3x a week split with 2 to 3 days cardio or boxing between those days

@@TheStraightestWhitest He took steroids for rocky 4 and master of the universe the thing is he did it in 6-8 month's, had he been natty then it would have taken longer, but keep in mind that he was 6'5 very long arm's and leg's, otherwise he would've been a mass monster, when you're taller than 6 feet then it is more difficult to gain mass.
