The sprints are called 110s. Usually is 14 or 16 seconds for skills (WRs, DBs) 16 or 18 seconds for combos (LBs, TEs) 18 or 20 seconds for O-line or D-Line At least this what the times were in Highschool and College. NFL times might be 2 seconds less as that was the decrease from highschool to college. You have to run a minimal of 16. I never only ran 16 cause my coaches were pricks. 36 of them damn things

I think the perfect contract to offer Tua for both sides is a three-year 150 million and 100% guaranteed money. This contract would start this season. This way Miami isn’t locked in for any long-term commitment and Tua gets his money for three years Guaranteed. This should make both sides very happy.

Dolphins just drafted two great edge players in the draft plus Philips and chupp should be ready soon, so why do we need another edge, but I am glad anyway that we just signed ogbah, we should have kept him anyway and drafted rg Graham Barton in the draft.

Washington had the worst pass rush in the league last year. Any corner is going to look bad with that.

6 players in nickel? Nickel has 2 ILB, so Brooks, Long, Campbell, Sieler, Robinson, and either Ogbah or Ngaqwe (sp), or Kamara. Depends on if you’re running 4-2-5, 2-4-5, or 3-3-5, but you’ll almost always have at least 2 ILB on the field in Nickel.

@@matthewmatt5285 one year he got hurt, which is why the team traded for Chubb, and the next year, Fangio didn’t play him. How is that “stealing money”? Criticize his play, sure, but if the DC doesn’t put him in the game, that’s on the organization, not the player.

@@matthewmatt5285 he was supposed to be a diva about it? He was asked about it more than once, was deactivated for a game and was shocked to the point he posted on Twitter about it, he wasn’t ever happy about answering questions about how he was never used. Again, criticize his play, fine. The organization gave him a contract and then decided not to put him on the field. Don’t hold that against him. Stick to criticizing his play on the field. That’s the only element in this scenario he can actually control.

Does Barry not watch any film at all? It seems like he judges players solely off of their pff metrics… which is a terrible way to judge a player. Also X doesn’t have much left in the tank. It’s great he had a better career but does that mean anything now?

Then why are we trying to pay Tua for what he may be able to be and not jaylen Phillips. They both had serious injury... I fact Tuas is much worse but yet we are willing to pay him 50 mill

I think Tua s worth $55 mil when HEALTHY but we have to negotiate a Sensible Guarantee $$$ contract,. I mean if he plays 4 yrs and stays pretty Heathy He's worth $220 Mil,..But the Guarantee $$$ should be around $120 or similar in my opinion~
