@@buckwyld218 He didnt request a trade from the Raiders. They shopped him because they are terrible and werent going to pick up his option next season.
@Heathcoatman he asked for a trade he chose what team he wanted to go...if you listened to Adams he always talked about Rodgers ..so he wanted Rodgers which is old not the same Rodgers in green bay
Bravo. Arrogant egotist thought that he was so great that after missing an entire season he thinks that taking a trip to Egypt for pyramid power or something is more productive than getting more reps with his receivers and supporting his coach.
Pittsburgh got a very good game out of Russ. He showed why he is a vet and still deserves a starting role. Good call by Tomlin, that looked like Steeler football last night.
@@LuciidDreamzwhat? The 2nd one maybe not but the first one where he threw with 3 Steelers around his guy and got cleanly picked off is his fault. You’re making excuses just like him, this must be an Aaron burner account “Lucid Dreams” you off the DMT huh Aaron? 😭
Russ hadn't played a game since Christmas Eve 2023. And he just came out and dropped 260+ yards, 2 TD's and didn't turnover the ball. That is a GREAT game, give him his flowers
Pretty much did what he did last year though. Started bad, def stepped up and he boosted numbers in the second half. Lol actually its literally what he did last year
The Jets are leaderless. Aaron Rodgers set that tone when he did not show up this offseason. He is the QB, the heart of that team, and told everyone else they can be selfish. that is not a leader, and that is why this team does not play for eachother.
Lmao you guys and not showing up for two days and that’s what made the whole season. Doubtful. That’s why gets canceled it last year it was so important right?
@@MonsterIcee wait a minute, you’re telling me that firing the defensive coach who led the team to a top 5 defense the last 3 years did not in fact improve the team? I’m shocked.
The three biggest media personalities at ESPN are Greenberg (Jets fan), SAS (Cowboys hater) and McAfee (Indy lifer). Are you surprised they would direct their shows to their teams?
Real scumbag move for Greeny to call Wilson’s non catch the turning point, instead of Aaron Rodgers terrible pick before the half that completely changed the momentum.
It's amazing to me how many people seemingly forgot football and thought the team with the interim coach, new OC, old QB and bad line was gonna dogwalk the Steelers... because they got another receiver a few days ago? 😂
they always give Rodgers the benefit of the doubt. they expected him to do what Brady did tho they never blamed him for anything. Rodgers should've retired after his last MVP.
Damien is absolutely right. And what this tells me is that Aaron Rogers has bought into his own greatness too much and he doesn't appreciate how much of his success is due to those other people in the Packers locker room who showed up every day, did their job, fought, scrapped, and had a winning attitude every week. You can't just take a QB, pluck him from one team and put him on another and expect to win. Yes, I know Brady did it. But maybe, just maybe, Tom was a unicorn.
Tom is known for literally knowing the name of every dude in the organization from the equipment staff to the gm. Maybe he just actually knew what it takes went to a situation where he saw potential and doesn’t point the finger when things go wrong.
Peyton won an MVP and superbowl in Denver, Joe Montana was pretty good for the Chiefs, Kurt Warner was pretty great for the cardinals, Jared Goff has been good for the lions... Plenty of QB's swap teams and do well lol
Ahah exactly, the guy doesn't even realize how he contradicts himself. He shold stop all media and concentrate on his team but he loves the attention too much
Bro other than Belicheck & Andy Reid . There’s no coach that has been better than Tomlin over a decade plus. You don’t go against legacy coaches. Reid Belicheck Carrroll Tomlin and Peyton with the Saint. Best coaches of the 2010s
Love how they still wanna cancel Russes HOF career: “also not better than ever but not bad….” If Rodgers had the game Russ did, this dude would be saying he’s the best qb in the league lol

Rodgers looks his age football wise. He can barely move the pocket and gets jittery when he gets a little pressure and just chucks it. The defense is getting has been worse since Saleh been fired! This team is a hot mess
I agree & I said it numerous times throughout… I hate to say it, BUT HE LOOKS OLD. Not as spritely quick & efficient as old school 4x mvp aaron@Green Bay…
I’d argue he’s beginning to look older and older because of the bad o line and hits he’s taking. He’s getting beat up, he’s definitely dealing with some injuries. That’s not an excuse, just an observation. As a pats fan same thing happened to us. Weeks 1-3 Brissett looked mobile and could escape some pressure. Weeks 4 and 5 he had taken so many hits that he could barely move in the pocket.

When will you all learn...AA-ron will NEVER take ALL of the blame...MOST of it is ALWAYS someone else's fault. Head coach...offensive coordinator...defense...kicker...the laces were not out...but NEVER AA-ron
The offense is outdated...no motions, no creativity...arod cant rrun anymore... defense no longer suoee bowl caliber. Hey but at least the o line improved...😂
He’s right he needs to stop listening to the media. The media sold him as the baaaad man the missing piece for the Jets and he bought into his press clippings and he finally realized that he sucks and that the media was wrong about him so tuning them out is the smart thing to do. I commend Rodgers for finally coming to terms with being less than mediocre and putting those worshipping fools in the background. 😂
To Mr Rex Ryan, Aaron Rodgers doesn't want to run the ball, and therefore the Jets won't be running the ball. It's his team now. He's clearly in control of the coaching staff, he's clearly in control of personnel decisions. The Jets have allowed this to happen, and so we're going to keep seeing the same routine every week
@@young__blacksmith 15 carries for 2.7 avg against the Vikes. 21 for 5.8 avg against the Bills. 15 against the Steelers averaging 3.6. Real issue is Rodgers throwing more than 30 times ANY game
Troy Aikman called it. He said that after the Buffalo loss, this could all spiral for the Jets. We saw it spiral in the second half when the Jets gave up.
Lol please Larry, I'm sure you weren't spouting off about "dealing with his crap" until his last couple years in GB. I'm sure you had no issue with him making your Sunday for the better part of two decades.
@@Sir_Robin_of_Camelot Well, my buddy was the ticket director and Rodgers was pulling crap with coaches and dissing new players for years, nice try.......
Look at the game, u see russell seeing gameplays and doing study during the sidelines but u see aaron rodger mr superstar. NOT just chillling and doing nothing. I always see brady and peyton seeing breakdowns during sidelines. u see, u do the math. aaron thinks he is sooo good but he is not
WHY DOES THIS ESPN NARRATIVE HAVE TO REPRESENT, THAT IT"S NOT WHAT AARON RODGERS , DIDN'T DO AS OPPOSED TO WHAT RUSSELL WILSON DID DO= SMH PUT SOME RESPECT ON HIS NAME 😡🏈💯 1 Reply
Aaron Rodgers has ABSOLUTELY nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, yet he will always be looking for excuses or looking to blame others like a rat looking for crevices.(notice when he was on the bench, he knew the camera was on him and he made sure to show everyone the blood on the top of his hand) I am glad the World is finally seeing what I have ALWAYS known about this guy. He is not a Winner he is too selfish. He is EXACTLY the opposite of Tom Brady. He doesn't lead by example He doesn't obsess over winning He doesn't obsess over practicing He doesn't inspire his teammates in the Lockeroom He isn't a leader He isn't the calm person who sees everything in slow motion when everyone else is panicked. He isn't clutch; when he ABSOLUTELY HAS TO MAKE A PLAY, he can't. He isn't quick to take the blame. He isn't slow to blame others He isn't respectful of his coaches He doesn't figure out ways of being successful no matter what the personnel he has on the field. He doesn't put football first and second on his priority list He doesn't scrutinize himself; he only expects others to scrutinize themselves and pay him homage He is not interested in TEAM success, only his individual success. These are most of the reasons why he IMO is only a slightly above average QB for his career, because despite his athletic gifts when it comes to throwing the football, he lacks the character and intangibles the separate the VERY GOOD QB's from the ELITE QB's. It's not a question of his age, Tom Brady won a SuperBowl when he was 43 yrs 6 months old. It's a fact that he lacks the will and desire and intangibles to excel as a TEAMMATE and a LEADER in the TEAM SPORT called NFL Football.

That interception, caused by Garrett Wilson, was the most typical, pathetic, "Same Ole Jets" play in Jets history. That play was Jets Football 101. The other part is, even after 2 bad interceptions, they were only down 8. If they had a leader, anywhere on the team, they could have made a game of it, but they might as well have been down 30. You knew they were done.
This is unreal bro as a Steelers fan you’re telling me Russell’s leash was only 2 qtrs long ???? Never mind the fact he played his first game of the season last night Rex ….. take your anger out on Rodgers thanks
Watching clips of Brady yelling at his teammates in Tampa, and Rodgers just sitting there looking bored is a pretty good indication of why he’s only won one Super bowl
The Cowboys used to be "the model of organizational consistency." Remember that? And what happened? Jerry Jones happened. There is a lesson in this for the Jets. The owner and GM of the team matters. That consistency matters. Having a culture of winning matters. Fix the upper management.
Tom Brady truly has broken our brains into thinking what’s achievable into your mid 40s. OBVIOUSLY, Rodgers is not Tom Brady… he’s the one true GOAT 🐐 The man was winning multiple Super Bowls, even in his mid-40s 😂 It wouldn’t surprise me if Rodgers can’t even make it to the playoffs. With that being said, the Jets scheduled does get much much easier, and I would expect them to rack up, a lot of wins between now and the end of the regular season. 💯

@alexanderb4165 nope. They have to To 8- 2 the rest of the way to even have a slight chance maybe 7-3. I don’t see it. Also Miami is is possibly getting tua back so those games won’t be easy.
Rodgers i believe actually thinks he is as good or better than Brady; that's what talked him into that jets uniform. Brady is a "team" player, Rodgers is a "ME" player... Rodgers will only ever carry Bradys cleats
I said last week. Steelers need a qb who will put up at least 25pts per game. Fields wasn’t getting the job done. Most of the analyst said it would be a bad idea. Look who is laughing now. 😂. If Russell put up points like this and the Defence plays well, KC and Ravens are in for a battle for the top dog.
They need to trade garret Wilson for Myles Garrett and sign Jamal Adam’s & bring in bill Belichick + Rex Ryan as d coordinator & take it 1 game at a time from there…
I would love to see Rex back in the nfl, the league was more entertaining with Rex. I doubt he goes to NY, as I was wanting to see Rex go back to his natural D coordinator position with a 3-4 defensive team like Pit. Rex gets a lot of flack for Buffalo, but it was a bad fit. They hired a 3-4 coach to lead a 4-3 team.
That Jets offensive line is the root cause of the problem. You got a less than mobile AR coming back from a serious Achilles injury, he needs more protection than normal. Instead, he’s getting worse protection and it’s impacting his throws.
So when does Aaron Rodgers start playing better? He's been bad, and hasn't been able to finish in years.Garret Wilson is not the reason they lost the game.
Exactly. Even if he caught that ball. So what they would have made a 30 yard play. There’s no guarantee at all they were going to finish that drive based on that second half😂
Aaron Rodgers Is Just Washed He Sucks Davante Adams should’ve never went to the Jets they always find a way to lose should’ve went to a contending team 😂
Woody Johnson isn't going to have a choice, no reputable Head Coach is going to want the jets job, and not every coach can work with woody Johnson. The only one that worked well with woody and haf success was Rex Ryan. If Rex still has interest in coaching, if i would get on the phone and call rex and ask him if he wants his job back. And you extend joe Douglas. I think the two of them would get the job done. But make sure you get Rex a good offensive coordinator.
People forget Russ played statistically good in DEN with a HC that hated him. He just put 37 on a good NYJ defense. The offense look fluid and explosive.
Devante gotta be sick. Last week the Steelers were in heavy to land him. He watches the Raiders get blown out. Then he disses us to sign with his boyfriend Rodgers…..and watches his new team get blown out again 😂
@@jasonvo7851 Kirk Cousins properly rehabbed his. Rogers did some "new age" rehab. Holding your leg up to the moon and rubbing sage on it does not make a fully healed tendon.
I watched Tom Brady a while back commenting on their Patriots success and one of the things he said that favored them was their stability. He said that they loved watching Jets and other teams always firing and hiring new coaches because it meant no stability in their teams and players were always having to learn new systems as opposed to refining a stable system. Jets need a new owner and follow the Browns transition to the Ravens model. Move them to a new city and change their name!!!!!!!!!!!!
nice thought but I don't think that's what Tom Brady was eluding to in what he said. He meant it takes a "team" with a "leader" to be able to battle. it has always been clear that Rodgers is NOT THAT GUY! never has been; clear back to college. Rodgers blew smoke to come to NY knowing he couldn't deliver
In 2022 the Miami Dolphins lost 7 in a row then won 7 in a row. It happened one game at a time with "Fitz magic." You know why, discipline and accountability. Thats coaching! It will be fun or funny to watch.
I went and looked it up... Jeff Ulbrich is the Jets' 19th head coach (in the time that the Steelers have had three head coaches) and I'm surprised it isn't more.
