I saw Dom Famularo play live back in 1981... He was doing a Tama clinic... And he was not THE big name appearing that night, the headliner was none other than the great Billy Cobham. They had Dom & Billy side-by-side, each on his own kit. Dom was amazing. His chops were red hot. He played traditional grip in the standard manner, which contrasted Billy's matched grip ambidextrious style. He didn't just hold his own next to Billy, he kicked butt. I'll never forget it. This drummer digs Dom!

Killer as usual, not only is he a complete master at his craft(world class),his explanation about his idea's and the master's idea's are broken down so that I can even understand it too wear i can practice it,so thank"s dom & KEEP THEN COMMING DUDE!!!

If you're better at upstrokes then you're at downstrokes, the inverted will feel more comfortable.

I don't think Dom has ever toured or recorded with anyone. Interesting..He's a professional speaker / teacher. Not a bad gig.

Joe Morello's "Master Studies" is far better for hand technique development with some very cool stickings.

Is it just me, or do other people find inverted paradiddles to be naturally more comfortable? I know it may sound weird, and everyone has their own thing, but no trick question, I was just wondering?

I use Patrick Metzgers Book Tools& Skills …. IMO much better than Stick Control..

Travis Barker is the most overrated drummer of all time. Compared to most professional drummers, he's less than average.
