I have seen this van in person and not only is it beautiful, it is very well designed! I love that you thought to hinge the counter top rather than putting it on drawer slides - it makes so much more sense. Great video, guys! Chris - please consider doing a video on your breakfast burrito prep!
Good idea, we thought about it but we just had the fridge switched out. We need to update the update because Dometic replaced ours for free due to the LED light going out. Sounds crazy but they did.
Dometics are pretty descent. But Snomaster, Engel and National Luna make better fridge/freezers than Dometic. Snomasters Expedition Dual Zones are the very best. They are a little hungry on the juice. I get pulls upwards of 90w from the compressor. But my 85L has 2.75 inches of insulation. And the cover that comes with it adds another 1/4 inch or so. I had it freezing Ice Cubes in 2 hours outside in 106 degrees.
