But they just need to give an update to their lower cc bikes like Gixxer 150 series which lacks alot in power according to it's price whereas apache rtr 160 4v HP edition is the fastest bike in this price category and cheaper than sf 150....
Yeah once Gixxer hit the limiter and after slipstreaming 😂 a lot and taking like 90+😂🤦 seconds after race started . He just wanted to let u know he did something great 😂 by overtaking an SOHC engine 😂 in top end 🤦😂 . So obviously he should .
What a ride. Good to see an Oil cooled Gixx equals liquid cooled Domi. Interestingly both bikes have same top speed. Great race. Gixxer wins from Engine configuration perspective (oil cooled still) but if u compare the weight, Dominar managed to cop up with Gixxer which is 👌. Both are winners 👏
Dominar 180 kg ( power cruiser bike) vrs Gixxer 161 kg (racing bike) gixxer is lighter than Dominar weight difference 19kg.....WELL DONE DOMINAR👍👍👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
@@sajubaruah9066 Suzuki Engines, you can give it to next generations if maintained. Not Bajaj Engines. Practically 150+ speed doesn't matters in our Indian roads. All you can ride is 90 - 100kmph in highways. Its quite safe and comfortable to ride.

I rode my gixxer 250 on quick highway spin, my weight is around 65kg and trust me guys I felt like kinggg of the road that is the level of performance on offer, I did a top speed of 157kmph.
Dohc vs sohc engine.....can't believe suzuki sohc engine is equal to dohc Bajaj...if there's isn't any rpm limit for Suzuki,it would have good top-end of upto 170 to 175 with ease.....
This is surprising. Thought the Gixxer would dominate the Dominar easily considering they have the same power and but the Dominar weights about 20kilos heavier and comes without fairing.
I have tested two bikes.. Sf250 Good aerodynamic Mileage in city 33-36 highway 37-40 Cruising speed 110-120 Engine performance good.. Most gixxer bikes have Oil leakage problem.. Larger tyre profile 110front, 150 back. Dominor250 Road appearance and eye catchy Exhaust sound is awesome Cheaper spare parts Comfortable with pillion for long rides when compare to sf250. Mileage in city 30-33 highway 35-37 For some people getting 40 mileage... Highway stability is great.. Tyre profile is low front100 back 130.. So cornering confidence is low when compared to sf250. Most bajaj engine are not long last.. But this is only bajaj.. It's collab with KTM.. Engine, it's ktm tuned engine..so engine reliable is good. No gear position indicator whereas sf250 have gear indicator. My personal opinion.. Two bikes are equal.. I love 💓sf250💓.. But I will choose 😍Dominor250😍..
Gixxer is much more nimble and flickable and lightweight..its basically more versatile than domi 250.. although domi has a little more hp but its too heavy fr a 250cc

@@khaleelibrahimkhan8768 i know dohc engines are heavier than sohc engines. What i mean is the overall kerb weight not just from the engine side.. Take the CBR250R, it has a heavy dohc engine with fairings but still its kerb weight is only 160 kgs compared to the 180kg kerb weight of the dominar 250.

SOHC vs DOHC setup difference - just because DOHC domi is heavy not much difference to be seen even by slipstream overtake. If Domi finds it this much hard to catch Gixxer until 150 kmph 😂 even with this much slipstream 🤦, in a race like this in open road 🤦, forget about a face to face performance and acceleration 🤦in daily life scenarios 😂. Good performance by Gixxy for an SOHC engine without VVT tech . Domi needs to reduce its weight to perform better .
@@rejiththekkembadan4702 of course bro , that's the main difference b/w SOHC and DOHC engine setup - former have better initial pull but weak top end(stressed in top end) , the latter have poor initial pull but better and much stress free top end . Just think of CBR 250 R - that's a legendary bike but lacks initial pull especially when u ride in cities - need a lot of gear shifts but in highways it's on another level , 130+ is not an issue , it's stress free .
The technology of Dominar is much better than the Gixxer. Refrigerating system, slipper clutch, inverted front suspension, liquid refrigerating system and the price is a bit lower.

@@DHS562 no bro limiter is same for top speed i own gixxer sf250 bs6 in which limiter comes in 154 itself..top speed is not decreased in this bike its same, only peak power is delivered higher in rev range. I know everything abt this bike so just clear ur concepts😊
@@kishoresadagopan9630 Who cares.? You ride your bikes at it's top speed in real world usage.? And even then, it's only about 2 or 3km/h difference in top speed.
@@filaluddinlaskar3762 BS6 gixxer has the exact same weight as BS4 and only a small difference in torque. The real performance remains almost the same. The naked Gixer is 156kg which is even 5kg lighter than the SF250 and 24kg lighter than dominar. If you check the top speed videos of BS6 gixxer, you won't notice any difference in performance at all compared to BS4 model unlike some orange bikes which suffered significant power loss.
They think we are fools. They released gsx150r and gsx250r worldwide and gave us, a different fairing on a gixxer 150 and 250... Yamaha released new r3 and a brand new r7 worldwide and for us, a new fairing on an r15. Honda released CBR 150 RR and 250 RR and... Forgot "India" exists. Kawasaki, BMW, Aprilia and KTM... Still going strong.
Dominar won at the end because of weight. Wind affected the bike less then the gixer in the end. That is the reason why even after slipstreaming gixer wasn't able to do much
I recommend taking test rides if suzuki bikes. These engines are so refined and specially no knocking at lower rpms. That's i reason i didn't pick Bajaj bikes.
Despite Gixxer being SOHC setup and oil cooled, it could beat any bike in 250cc segment without a doubt, imagine if suzuki give it DOHC and Liquid coolin' these bike will not stand a chance against this monster at all.... It would be of 390 level...
I fell in love with sf 250 but then i saw the rear footrest was welded to chassis... This can be bad for long run where the dirt can corrode the weld otherwise its an awesome bike... 🥂
Gixxer.... Better looks.. Better mileage.. Better acceleration .. Smoother... Better handling.. Better in overall performance.. And..yeah...dominar..has a good top end performance...
My Gixxer 250 naked reaches 143 without pillion and very slow climb after 130. With pillion it goes around 128. The rpm in the 6th gear is not going beyond 8.5 k. Can anyone suggest what might be the problem?
