Hello Bajaj am not sure whether you guys read it or it's just for the sake of showing off that we have a complaints department.coming back to the issue I had been to vasai east suryoday service centre in order to replace chain Sprocket for dominar and also to fix the loose handle bar which was shaking due to your defective rubbers which is located below the handle bar, service manager advised to visit some other day since chain sprocket was not available at that moment And also asked me to fix the handle when I come next time to replace the chain sprocket. Now on 16 Sunday December when I had visited for the paid service where I had got the chain sprocket and clutch replacement also got the oil changed took 3 lots of days to do it got the bike yesterday with my surprise when I had told them to take a look at the handle because it keeps on moving while braking they did not pay attention to it whatsoever when I had emphasized on it so many times but they neglected it since it was a defect and it was in warranty they took 600 for general checkup and the clutch lever was shaking. I am going to take this to the social media not happy about the experience with Bajaj.
My chain broke down on 7000kms running... And due to poor service and non avaibility of chain sprockets i had to buy ktm duke 390 chain sprocket kit...which didnt fit on my dominar 400... Worse experience faced
Guys, please focus on the marketing and profit instead of this rubbish. A middle class biker (which I believe, your target customer segment) would be more interested in the performance in the Indian roads, which are neglected by the government, with pot holes. A 2016 interview clearly states that only 20,000 units sold where expectations were 200,000 units. Also please don't promote the ABS as the absolute braking solution, many young riders are taking this ABS as a life saving shield and rushing their bikes in the roads without realising the danger. As a Indian Company, it is your duty to take care of the country's youngsters. Explain each aspect of your bike, instead of creating provocative ads.
This is marketing.........Also, really mate? adding abs isnt a negative. your point doesnt make sense at all. Its like saying car drivers are driving faster since airbags became mandatory. safety features are safety features, its the riders responsibility to ride safe at the end of the day
@@keshavsakthi546 If you please read my comment once again thoroughly, I've never said that ABS is negative... as you said 'this is marketing', I have problem with that type of marketing from Bajaj, which affecting the Sub conscious minds of the inexperienced young bikers. Due to which we are loosing lives. It's the senior's as well as the company's responsibility to guide and educate the inexperienced one to right path....... These are my opinions..
Mr Marketing, I think you have misunderstood the whole concept. The point here is marketing for the fact that these bikes are good. If they can run on these conditions, which are 100 times worst than Indian ones, then definitely they can survive India.
