I have an idea for a series: CK3 A2Z - you form every de jure empire at the start of ck3 in alphabetical order. You start as the person who owns the de jure capital, be it a weak count or a powerful emperor.

It's kinda stupid that the optimal way to conquer a huge empire whilst being a powerful kingdom yourself is to swear vassalage then splinter them. Imo they should rework factions to allow other realms to get involved in some way.

As for the rest of Europe, well... I think you were better off using a couple of mods. The Custom Title mod to make France control Corsica and maybe make a unique Corsican culture? Then the Great Conquerer mod to make Napoleon OP and have endless Kingdom wars and something to make tributaries since that’s basically what he’d did to the rest of Europe before it all fell apart.
