Installing the 4x4 Super Centre Dominator Xtreme Winch was not too challenging however we had one issue whereby the control box was making clicking noises when current was running through it. Turned out to be a silly wiring mistake as we connected the ground to the wrong terminal. Now the winch runs great with no issues, its time to take it out on the tracks and get the Prado stuck!

Iv got one of these winches and there isn’t Another nut n bolt Separate for the black off the battery I’ve looked and looked there isn’t one on there the one they call Terminal A

What size bolts did you use to mount the control box?

Pretty sure they were 20mm m6

Gonna be that guy.... did you regrease with non Chinese garbage grease and also, throw in a breather and then turf the cheap isolator that comes with the kit? Other than that, they’re pretty good but mine doesn’t click like that..... 🤨

No...😆 didn’t do that but come to think of it may be a good idea down the track. It’s clicking stopped turned out to be a bad earth. Cheers for watching!
