Do not use olive oil for cooking it’s not supposed to be use for high temperature, Better use cold pressed mustard/coconut oil it’s good for your health and better suited for Indian cooking and cheaper too as compared to olive oil You can use olive oil on top of salad or something like that cheers 🥂
