hey babe, i feel you! I possess crippling anxiety and it feels like I am paralyzed for most of the times. I can't fathom what you go through every day, like it is challenging enough to deal with anxiety and now the parents have this typa mentality, what I am gonna suggest is work on low-power mode for other stuff, prioritize YOURSELF because nobody else is going to and invest in some noise cancelling headphones/ earbuds or if you'd like you can invest in EAR PLUGS, they do wonders! But keep in mind that you are going to give your competitive exam without any external tools so from time to time take baby steps and try to adapt to "normal" exam hall condition. You got this!! Love ya and I am proud of you for trying everyday and not admitting defeat!

M into severe depression even after marriage I never left my parents. I don't know wot to do m so lost I feel like running away. If this continues I will kill myself. M so alone n even my husband also don't understand me..since last few years m trying my best to keep d family together but my husband n my mom r always after each other's ass. Us moment,every time they criticize me for what I do.
