Samsung Routines tip: i used to open PDF's using grive PDF Viewer. So whenever deive is opened screen timeout was set to 5 min and auto rotate will turn on. once drive is closed the setting will change to previous settings.

I was kind of settled with my S23 Ultra until I used the OnePlus 12R, where I found out the true use of a high touch sampling rate and PWM dimming. Both of which my ₹1.5L S23 Ultra doesn't have, but my ₹45k OnePlus 12R has. I think Samsung is ignoring acknowledging it in any of their phones. I do think that OnePlus has developed a much better software experience with a far better aspect ratio for much lower weight, so while Samsung may have been the pioneer, I do think that the OnePlus Open is a superior folding phone.

#Routines. I have made one location routine so that which ever app needs my location (like Maps,Uber,etc..) at that time location turns on and when i close the app location turns off..

I set an automation on my samsung to turn on power saver when i plug it in and turn off when i plug it off, and automatically turn on powersaver while i sleep and turn off when i wake up ❤

Hm techwiser has a point. A good software in foldables or in a phone defeats the hardware. Let's take moto edge 50 pro as an example..it has ufs 2.2 however it was well optimized to match up the speeds of ufs 3.X or above. It even had a desktop mode and some more advanced features in smart connect. Which is solely achieved through software. "A good software is better than good hardware."

I have this very nifty Routines which is location based. If I come home, my mobile data turns off and wifi turns on, nfc turns off etc. I have something similar when I leave house. #teamtw #techwiser

I own Fold 4 and the hinge is not folding 180 degrees. The cost to fix it is 55000/- Yes 55k So if you are not ultra rich wait atleast 10 more years. Before that its too risky if you are getting a folding phone. Samsung after purchase support is pathetic. and Inner screen protective layer will peel out in a year and samsung themselves will be afraid to apply it to your screen. All in all Iphone Pro Max or Samsung Ultra is better if you are a middle class person. If you are rich and can replace your phone after a year then go for it.

i think the vivo x fold 3 pro is better in every aspect exept the prices

Pratik my only question is How this phone is any better than S24 Ultra or even S23 Plus, you can run 2 apps simultaneously on them too, on ultra even Spen is supported, even dex is available in all of them. Ai is available in all of them. Like in IPad’s you can run multiple instances of same app which make it closest to real computer, you can even use pivot table in excel. Even many pro app supports are there. So again why this 160000/- phone even exists , while it is still a phone not even a proper tablet.

Pretty Sure that if I’m buying a Foldable, it’s definitely not a samsung. The amount of people that I’ve seen with broken inside screens is scary and repairing it is super expensive . One plus i have heard better things. The fold crease is also terrible on the samsung is the worst of the lot, even after 5 gens.

My Z fold 5 had dead pixel and lines on the inner screen without any physical damage. They are repairing it under warranty but I have lost trust. Also, the phone heats up more than s23 ultra. Better to go with a conventional flagship

Looks like a sponsored video, I went through the entire video, as we would get confirmation for some of the leaks..

Foldable is still only useful for 0.01% of the people. There is very little advantage of having an extra screen that is only two phone wide. Most people are not going to multi-task due to no need. And it is not useful for watching videos due to its square aspect ratio, so video you view is almost same size as a normal phone. One area where it is better is in browsing, but only mildly. Second one is for viewing and showing photos. But the consequence of having a fragile phone with a delicate display that cannot use a case makes it not feasible for the mass market. If in future they make that fold+rollout screen, where the display becomes like three-times the size of original phone display, then that is going to have mass appeal. Samsung had shown that tech prototype few years ago at CES.

Battery, Camera , charging speeds left the chat in Samsung foldables😂.. This looks like more of Samsung sponsored video rather than generalizing folds.. Oneplus open , Vivo x fold 3 were hardly mentioned
