You're husband got a great mic 😁. The Godox is a worthy competitor, but you can't go wrong with the Rode either.

Yeah. Like I said in the end, the Godox mic is more sensitive. I kept the levels consistent to test. But it would probably be best to turn levels down for the Godox mic. The Rode is also a solid choice, especially if you like to add your own effects to it.
