A lot of people have been spreading this rumour that I advised to do just PYQs. Instead what I have always advised - PYQs solve -Understand important topics - revise important topics - revise it again and again. Concise your notes - precise them using PYT/PYQs and then revise. Even in my one PYQ/day series - I used to do cover a full topic which is important and has been asked repeatedly - never did i just do one question and I used to tell what all other questions can be asked. Always remember - coaching apps with their 20000 questions have vested interests in making people read their humongous notes and then claiming 100% strike rate to be able to sell their apps. Don’t fall for FOMO. Better to do 70% thrice and get a 2000 rank rather than try doing everything , not being able to revise and getting 20000 rank. Unless you are able to revise - you wont crack the exam. Period.
Can exactly vouch for this, happened with me last neet(similar 20k rank). Hopefully won’t repeat it this time, unless you have an IQ of Einstein or studying throughly from mbbs days, it’s impossible to do entire vidoes & revise the same and expect a top rank in 6-7 months. Coaching, atleast most of them, are misguiding off late & have came down to cheap hacks to defame fellow people who have done well in exams to sell their product & instil fear. People tend to run after everything and most will fail sadly since the limiting factor is always the time & human brain. Pehle 2k secure karlo fir extra ka bhago. Obviously there will be some exceptions who will be able to do the humongous task and get good ranks but that number is far too less since most of the crowd falls in avg to above avg category(myself included). And one more fact most of interviews which the big time apps conduct are mostly edited versions & hardly anyone speaks 100% facts(you can actually see what they had actually done from their own personal channels or from videos Aditya sir/Rishabh sir conducts where there’s hardly any filter or pressure to say something xyz). Hi Kashish. I would like to point out that I just got to know about that meme. And No. this wasn’t made in any retaliation to that . It was made because of two reasons 1. Since a lot of time - people(everyone in and around YT) was spreading that I asked to only PYQs which is blatantly false as I mentioned. 2. I realised that I may have said about doing previous year important topics - but it’s possible even students might have misinterpreted it as just mugging up PYQ and answers while my goal was to do entire topic properly like I explained with Arsenic example. People are free to interpret whatever but I have always been clear about what I advocate. 1. Concise Read 10,000 - sure - first read can be from that but at the same time - consider it using First Aid/ PYT/ and One touch books (which even Dr Sakshi has made!) 2. Precise PYQ should be on tip 3. Revise After concising - revise ! Multiple times Especially the last 7-10 day revision. This is what I have stood for - will keep on standing for. Marrow is the best platform out there but you have to understand how to use it. A 3rd year can use entire Marrow/Prep and watch full videos and he will do excellently. An intern should focus on Intern mode - important topics and videos and consisting the vast notes to revisable stuff . Same app can serve both the set of students. But you have to be smart enough to realise how to use it . No one is gonna spoon feed you. Least of all - the so called ‘Faculties’ Concising Material is your job. Not theirs. It’s your hard work . Not their. Solving PYQ is your job. Not their. Their job is to teach which they brilliantly I just hoped they guided better too and not advised same set of videos to two different set of audiences.
Sir I have been watching your videos since a long time. Earlier I used to believe that I would complete all hours and hours of videos. So I started watching biochemistry from a platform which had 50 hours of biochemistry lectures. I was overwhelmed. I completed the videos but it was so heavy that I could not remember anything. Even I was afraid to open those notes. Then I watched your video where u said to consise everything in bichem. I took a bold decision to completely change the source. I studied biochemistry from Dr smiley ma'am, her main videos were like 33 hours and revision videos of 7 hours. I could understand the main videos, she taught in a very simplified way and very concise. Even I could complete main videos in 7-8 days. Then I solved pyqs and then also read first aid. Now I am very much confident in biochemistry, only because of you. Many months ago in a video u said Dr smiley is the best biochem faculty, I trusted it, and I could understand biochem and also understand first aid. All thanks to you. Those 7 hours of biochemistry revision videos of ma'am is the real blessing.
Much needed video. I really don't mean to disrespect anyone but people who think themselves as legends of particular subjects and sound like news channel while teaching, are now coming up with sarcastic posts regarding pyqs. They give us no hope , no guidance other than 1000 hrs of content! You're doing great bhaiya. Just keep it up. Anybody can come up and teach entire harrison or Williams but that doesn't tell us how to crack a pg entrance exam.

Hello bhaiya! JEE aspirant this side. I though am not a NEET aspirant (or related to the medical field) I find your videos helpful. Its only about 4 months left for our exam (JEE 2024) If possible I would like to hear about what was your situation, thought process, strategy like when your exam was so near. As sometimes things feel very very overwhelming to me. Its a lot of test and revision and time management feel like my biggest challenge! It will be sucha bliss if you can just make a small video of motivation with TRUTH & FACTS which all aspirants who already have their exams in corner can keep in their mind with any tips if you wiah to give. Dr aditya is right at his point that many faculties have did their radio and medicin before the competitive era..even when radio was not taken by any student...only the young doctors can guide young docs betterly

Please please please make a strategy video for all those students who have started their preparation from their final year days….they have watched all those 1000 hours videos of each and every subject….gone through all the notes for single time….now they are in their internship….they have done hard work in their final days and now want to clear the exam in their internship attempt….how should they strategise their revision, GTs and everything….should they start to read again all those big big notes or start to rely on revision notes and videos as they have already watched main videos and have all the concepts clear in their mind. Please make a video on this topic what should be the strategy of a hard working intern who wants to clear the exam in single attempt.
Sir, i got admissioned this year in med school. I need your guidance pertaining to how we should be in college lectures like should we annotate the slides or listen to the teacher. The problem is incerased by the fact that the teachers are not at all good especially that of physiology, and the attendance criterion sucks.😢....really dont know how should i consider college lectures, which i feel a waste of time as i have to watch the same topic again and read it. Moreover, i am confused ki is am i alone who is suffering the same...
Not related to the video, but could you PLEASE tell sir( if u know as u gave USMLE too), if my college is in world directory but there's no ECFMG sponsor note( coz the first batch hasn't passed out yet from my college as it started in 2020), can i take step 1 before ECFMG accreditation ( my college would get ECFMG accreditation before i complete my mbbs along with internship) Pls HELP! All these big coachings are like that only sir , sometimes they dig into Dr. Zainab ma’am teaching, or into other doctor’s like you who are trying to guide their juniors , who are actually aware of problems aspirants go through, it is just promotion of their own app via degrading others!!

Sir those teachers have just said that just PYQ will not fetch you top ranks for example Inicet: There are hardly very few seats if someone is aiming for Medicine or Radiology through general category. But for neetpg pyq topics are a must because a 2000 rank is considered amazing for neetpg but not for Inicet. Again no comparison with people like you because you have always been exceptional from the beginning and your concepts were crystal clear. But there are students who have just finished MBBS without any proper base like any private college guy . For them watching lectures becomes a necessity. At the end , they need to find time to do pyqs and test along with videos.
See that’s the point - Not everyone can be a topper. For 90% of students - their desire is just 2000 rank , not 20. If you need to watch videos - definitely - go ahead ! - Use intern mode. Watch videos to understand important topics. Use Rapid revision for short subjects. Why promote FOMO of doing all the videos and all the Qbank? Right?

I want to share this with you sir and correct me if I'm wrong. Everyone has their own unique strategy I guess and they do what they works for them. There was a guy I know who didn't do much Questions but was heavy on watching videos he managed to get AIR 194. He wasn't solving X amount of questions or what not. They guy just watched Revision videos of prepladder and some videos of marrow faculties multiple times. So many times he watched it. He wasn't soo great at taking notes or anything, he had taken a print of revision notes. I'm sharing this because what works for someone may not work for someone else. His strategy was unorthodox but it worked for him. He was criticised for his preparation being very unorthodox. But it worked for him. But his preparation was concise as you said
The single biggest differentiator is revision. Revision won’t be possible if you don’t concise your material. You won’t be able to concise your material if you don’t know important topics. You won’t know important topics if you don’t solve PYQs Revision videos are nothing but PYTs explained properly.
@@DrAditya2935 Thank you sir. I just wanted to share with you about a different style which was believed to be unique you just clarified it's basically doing PYTs . One more thing I wanted to ask sir. Is it okay to go with reading printed copies of revision video notes than hand written notes. I know a lot of people say handwritten notes are better but would you say one is at a disadvantage if one is reading from printed revision notes sir?
