While watching your video I caught myself thinking that such topics (basics of finance) should be taught in schools. Instead kids are taught many other subjects that are not so useful in real life. Only those that are more curious research such topics… pity! 🤷♂️ Again - a nice video! 👌

Specifically, would your children or spouse, who are from Lithuania or Estonia, be able to access your investments held with Interactive Brokers Ireland Ltd.? I'm curious whether Interactive Brokers operates under European law, as I've heard concerns that if U.S. law were to apply, European heirs might face significant challenges in accessing the invested funds. In contrast, most banks within the EU seem to handle inheritance matters with relatively fewer complications.
I want to crystal clear - In this question - I want to consider my personal risk as investor for my heirs in the event of a catastrophic event (hopefully it will never happens) if something happens to me as investor and money or stocks are under Interactive Brokers ?
