i hate them bc i once baked them for like a school charity thing and after eating a lot i (obviously) wanted to vomit. also the fact that sugar is like 40 - 50% of the thing
I have 4 reasons why these are terrible 1. Taste like absolute shit 2. Makes me feel like I'm eating a mixture of sand and chalk 3. Makes your mouth drier than the antarctic 4. Every time I've eaten even one I shit myself for hours on end

It’s always hit or miss on if this dude will like the food you like. I love these cookies to much, and I was anxiously waiting for his opinion on it. @@Qeunzy basically he made a panettone in his 'I'm a baking god' series, and he made this super dense panettone while panettone were supposed to be fluffy, and called it perfect. that's why he hasn't been posting any of the 'I'm a baking god' videos recently.
for me they're super dry, so i have to have water or preferably milk when I'm eating them. but otherwise they taste delicious, and I'm not even a big sugar cookie fan, in fact those are the only sugar cookies i enjoy.
It's the absolute worst texture ever and they're dry as hell, cookies need to be crunchy and actually have flavor like chocolate, nuts, peanut butter, caramel, etc, or else they aren't cookies

I've always hated frosted sugar cookies (store bought) when i was 5-7 years old, my granny made me once these when I was 8 and it was so fucking delicious. the store bought of them are *ASS* The dough/real cookie is soggy, wet and soft but when u try to break them it would get a mess over everything, the texture is just horrible, and finally the most baddest one. The icing. THIS ICING IS FR THE MOST BADDEST ICING EVER. AFTER FORCIBLY TRYING TO EAT ONE (EVEN THO ONE BITE AND YOU DONT WANT IT ALREADY) YOU WOULD NOT WANT TO EAT THE OTHERS, The frosting is just so dang oversweetened, has bad texture, it just falls off for some reason, the sprinkles are ok but they just fall of always aswell, because of the icing every bite you take gets so MUCH sugar on to you and so much cookie crumbs bec of the dough and their js horrible. but when gran gran makes it, its so dang 🔥, it's as if their perfect Edit: what i mean by the texture of the icing in the store bought one is ITS LITERALLY LIKE SOGGY AND WET TOOTHPASTE THAT WAS MIXED WITH WATER AND THICKENED OVERTIME LIKE WTH ITS ALSO TOO THICK ON SOME PARTS SO WHEN U BITE IT, IT TAKES THE OTHER ICINGS OFF THE ONE YOU DIDNT BITE 😭 idk if yall experienced this or not but yeah thats my review 😭
I do actually have a reason why I hate these cookies. I have a severe peanut and tree nut allergy, and it affects desserts for me quite a lot. So whenever we got together with relatives or when my parents just wanted to get me something sweet, it would always be these sugar cookies because they were peanut and tree nut free. So they always got pie or donuts or whatever it be, and I always got the same exact cookies, and eventually I got tired of eating the exact same cookies I wasn’t a huge fan of in the first place.

“the best” is a stretch. if you dont like chocolate, i can see why you might say that, but if you do, then you can never go wrong with chocolate chip cookies. they slap no matter left of softness.
Most food RU-vidrs have their own chocolate chip cookie recipe where they add their own spin to. You should make them for the cookie jar next time or just for a video
