@@Shikichi_the_vtuber they’re both voiced by Becky Sloan :) she voiced other characters too, including the spinach can from ep 5, the bunny in ep 3 and in the new series she voiced unemployed Brendon, Electracey and Stain Edwards (probably more but those are he ones I remember off the top of my head)

What I like about Don't Hug Me I'm Scared is that this was corporetly made... One of the higherups there thought: We should make this and throw some money at these lunatics and their puppetshow. It gives me hope that there are still corporations out there that are willing to take a risk with a show.
Yeah, unfortunately what they consider “taking a risk” is just “letting the artists and original creators do what they initially envisioned for the product,” because corporate meddling is usually what eventually ruins them. Good thing that didnt seem to be the case here.
Honestly I always found the OG series to be really funny too, it was one of my favorite things about it. I was worried they were gonna tone down the comedy but I’m so freaking glad they didn’t, it’s amazing😭🙏 I feel like the first time I watch through a DHMIS episode I just have my guard up the whole time and I’m too freaked out to get into the funny aspect of things but what I love about the series is that it has that comedy that I can go back and enjoy over and over on rewatches!!💖 It adds more value to it as opposed to it just being scary because that stuff can ware off more.
