I almost found this too difficult to watch!! 😂😂

I think for me it was difficult because it’s the same voice. I could follow better if I could imagine their speech being in text bubbles on a Messaging thread (like on a smartphone) - but it was difficult to differentiate with the same voice playing both roles.

Oh my this is so very true. Exactly what happens to me when I am talking and being interrupted. Forget what I was saying or talking about so land up not finishing my story!

That was painful. I really wanted to hear the end of it too!! I have struggled my whole life with telling stories in an effective, snappy way without totally losing track in the process, or taking so long that Inevitably get interrupted and diverted, and remember five minutes later and scramble to try to get to my point and ..... AAHHHHH ... By that time nobody cares anymore 🥴

I absolutely hate it when some people cut in about something else as I am trying to tell a person something then I get distracted then later upset because I was excited to share that thing.

Yeah. It’s strange that with ADHD, it’s hard to tell when a person is finished talking, so you interrupt sometimes, but then, when you have something to say, other people interrupt you often too, and you can’t finish what your full train of thought is. Also, sometimes people talk so long, non-stop that even when you have something to say, by the time there’s a brief pause on their end, you completely forget what it was, or they’ve moved on to a totally different subject. Conversations are good, but they can be frustrating sometimes.

And I thought it was because people just didn't care about what I was talking about when I get interrupted I get so angry and I thought I was doing it on purpose starting over at the beginning. It's like if somebody interrupts me I just don't care what they're trying to say and try to keep my focus on what I was saying and then when they stop making noise I just start over at the beginning again and again and again. This usually makes them mad at me. They don't see that it's their fault for interrupting me in the first place.
