The best thing I ever did was set up a Christmas Club account through my credit union. I have a set amount taken out of my pay each pay period. By the time Christmas rolls around I use that money. I have done this for over twenty years and have never gone into debt for Christmas. Whatever was in that account was what I spent. I guess it’s called budgeting!😂
This is a very busy time of the year for me...all my family's birthdays fall the last week of September until January...along with the holidays so planning is crucial for me too! I make a list of must haves for decor that makes the holiday...for me it is a pumpkin, mums and scented pinecones and a harvest wreathe on the door. I use to love giving out little "boo" bags to the children in my neighborhood. I believe in simplicity for each holiday...I DO have a problem with Christmas and believe a village and nativity is a must! I am getting better and have instituted the 5 gift rule for my family to keep in check. I have a glass candy dish that I put seasonal colored candy in it. In fact I try to keep food as seasonal decor...candy canes in a Christmas mug...can be used in hot chocolate.
I like to use outfits i already have at home to save $ on costume parties or work events: last yr i had a leather jacket& boots & was a zombieland female main character(& my hubby was her bf), yr before i had jeans & boots with a purple drape top & a brown suede coat to be Victoria from twilight (w/ my hubby as her bf). The yr before that, i used my maroon leggings & corset to be Jean grey w/ my fiance as wolverine. You dont have to buy a costume. Most adult looks are literally just jeans & a varied top. This yr were going as nevermore students: my hubby as a werewolf & me as a vampire. All we had 2 buy was 2 nevermore blazers for $20 total. Half off online spirit or amazon when its the day after the holiday or week of.
Halloween is a tough one lol, my almost 14 year old son still wanted a costume this year ☺️ , of course my 10 year old girl too☺️. We buy a few candy bags, and once we run out, we turn off our lights ☺️😊
I bought some halloween fruit strips from Aldi in case we get any trick or treaters but we don't usually have any so they'll probably get eaten by our family which is fine!
*Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires*
After I raised up to 325k trading with her I bought a new House and a car here in the states 🇺🇸🇺🇸 also paid for my son's surgery (Oscar). Glory to God.shalom.
I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put $85,000 into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice?
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but are not equipped enough for a crash, hence getting burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020, just after the pandemic to date. Thanks to Caroline Suzan Olson, she has been the one managing my portfolio.
@@MehdiVerlinden-w7zVery much appreciated, just inputted Caroline Suzan Olson on the internet, spotted her consulting page ranked top and was able to schedule a call session. I've seen commentaries about advisors but not one looks this phenomenal.
