Been debating back and forth between the Basic and the Paperwhite, but I'll definitely keep reading the paperbacks I have until one of the sales you mentioned. Thanks for the info!
I was going to get the basic, but the paperwhite ended up going on sale for cheaper than the basic so I snagged that one instead! I'd wait and see which one goes on sale for the better price!
i don't need a new kindle but i want one 😂 i was able to get my paperwhite signature for just over $100 after discount and trade in.. it was def worth the wait!
library cards .. loan out your max amount of ebooks from your library, download them on your kindle, then put your kindle on ariplane mode. return the library books to your library as to not hog up the loans. make sure to keep your kindle on airplane mode and you can keep those loaned books as long as you need to.
I bought my first Kindle last year (March 14th). At least I knew at that moment that I had to wait for a sale because they come really often, but I didn't want to wait until Prime Day in July. Less than 2 weeks after my decision of purchasing one, there was a special deal for Prime members and I got the basic version for $95 CAD (usually sells for $130 CAD). I think it was only 5$ cheaper on Prime Day. There's a sale on kindle at least once a month I believe so jsut wait for it. I love mine!
I'm keeping my eye on the Kindle sales. Won't buy one yet, but when they bring out new versions I'll consider it. I have a recent Kindle books I can't transfer over to my Kobo because of the changes to their DRM. Normally I wouldn't buy those books but they're from people I know from online interaction so I bought their books.
