Investing does not need to be complicated. In fact, the simpler the better in my opinion. I'm retired and did so at age 42 with about $1.1M for two people. We had an advisor from Morgan Stanley in our corner. Maxed 401k for many years and then saved additional in index funds in taxable account. Our rate of return has been around 10% percent per year in the taxable account over the last 10 years.
Agreed. I have some fun money in RH but the big majority is managed by Morgan Stanley. I’m actually outperforming them this year but the value they’ve added in other ways over the last several is well worth it for me.

I use vanguard personal advisor services. They charge 0.3% a year. I could tell you what he has me invested in, but AGE matters so much. I am 52 and retired. So I have stocks and bonds. Stocks are in "Vanguard total stock market fund", and some in "Vanguard international fund". There might be a third similar one. I'd have to look at my bond fund. For you at age thirty, mostly stocks is advised.

Coach…been learning from you for about 3 months…finally made a play yesterday with the SPY play you put out…up $103. Got in at $1.67 and out at $2.70. Not a lot of money….but the knowledge is what is so valuable….gotta keep learning.
I bought 25 options of spy at about 7:45 am for a 1.44 per contract. I finally sold them near close at 1.75. It was a rollercoaster. I was down $800 at one point. I was up $2100 at another. I sold for $775 profit. I stayed way too long.
Yea staying too long stripped me a few times missing out on big gains, but we learn to move quicker next time lol. It's good you made some nice profit.
To be kinda blunt, I am giving up on investing in stocks... I put between 2000 to 3000 a month and it's nothing but down down.... Sooooo frustrating and I only invest in boring big companies. How can I capitalize in such a market?
Absolutely! Wealth is made in bear markets. We aren’t in a bear market, but nibbling heavy red days has proven to be fruitful for me over 4 years of investing. I am at 2.25 mil. Biggest positions VOO, VTI, SCHD, VYM, and now looking to build up DRGO alongside finding quality value/growth stocks to buy. I got $48k divs last year in taxable divs. Q2 taxable divs this year was $17,388 this year. Don't sell when the market is down. Having a skilled CFA that puts the time in to do in-depth research can be invaluable in strategizing your portfolio.

I made money in SPY today. I watched your video Thursday night, so Friday I bought 5 contracts at $1.43 and sold 3 at $1.71 and the other 2 at $1.81 for a quick $162 profit in less than 20 minutes. Did not over stay my welcome. Planning on joining the money team soon. Thanks coach

Fam I purchased 3 calls of SPY at 9:34am on Friday for $1.96. My plan was to sell 2 contracts at $2.94 and let the 3rd one be my runner. The plan played out beautifully as I sold the last contract at $4.00. That one was all profit because I had made my money back for the 3 contracts by selling the first 2. It’s relieving to see the lessons of patience and having a plan pay off. You have to have the composure of a pro athlete to pull off these plays. That was just on the SPY. I also banked on Tesla today as well although m entry was from the day before so it wasn’t as efficient as intended with the dip on Friday morning. Appreciate what you doing for the culture.

I set my $553 strike price at $1.90 the night before. Since they gapped down before open, It bought at $1.70, 6 contracts. Sold half up 48%, sold 2 more up 18%, left one runner in the green 💚 Thanks Chris!

I could've gotten in at 552, but I was so focused on 553 & the price of 2.19 that you showed in your video. I saw it at a cheaper price so I got in at 1.86. When it got up to 554, I tried to be patient, when it got to a lil' after 3pm, I decided to take profit. It wasn't much, but I'm ok with 35% profit. Thanks for the lessons & plays. Originally got in SPY at $1.99. Your Thursday play gave me the confidence to double down and pick up some more at $1.86 instead of getting emotional or buying puts. Ended up selling at $3.00. I did part take, that was my first ever cash in, I brought 5 options plays I saw it go up and back down, I was looking for 556, but I remembered Coach saying see profit take profit, my first banger and I was happy with it I cash out around 554.41. My option premium was $1.70. You always said the price will come close or shy of the target. Coach thank you, thank you.

I studied the option chain and anticipated the $1.50 target price to buy calls at and set my limit order (set it and forget it). It hit my target and then I rode it up for a 100%+ gain on the option 🤘🏼
I held it too long! I was seeing the struggle but I thought it would do it. Didn’t put a stop loss because it was so volatile [mistake right there) I could have taken profit and just jumped back on. I made 25$ though and learned a lot. Thanks coach ❤

I finally rocked SPY with you coach. I watched your video 2x to sync in…Bam!!!🧨 I got out just before $536 to not be greedy. Made $5400 and if I would of stayed all day…whoa! I walked away very happy. Got call off at 532…locked and now loaded!
