Not exactly. Raw milk is straight from the cow. It hasn't been pasteurized; that process uses heat to kill bacteria & viruses. High risk of listeriosis, which can be tragic during pregnancy (risk of miscarriage, stillbirth, & pre-term labor). Currently, there are outbreaks of H5N1 (avian influenza/bird flu) in dairy cattle so another reason it is not advisable to consume.
