There’s a saying I learned many moons ago that not only applied to my career at the time but, to life as well… If you don’t schedule time to do maintenance on your equipment, your equipment will schedule it for you. Your mind and body is the most important “equipment” you have 😊

I have a similar ICU experience after some major surgeries for Crohn's Disease -- it is unwise to push yourself too far. Keep on keepin' on.
