According to God in Holy Writ, a priest is a Levite, a temple worker. None of the apostles were called priests, not even Paul. Hopefully the Holy Spirit will convict you in this truth, and you will be liberated from the apostate church.
My twin sister passed away and i prayed alot to be made aware that she knew i loved her and was sorry for fighting with her. I was given dream, which i have gotten many with my sister in it..but this one was different. We were standing in what i knew was a heavenly place. I told her i loved her and was sorry and she told me she knew this, and that she forgave me. I got mad at her because she was gone, because she left us. I then stopped and said we can't argue, I'm dreaming and when i wake up, you won't be there. She agreed and took me on a walk. She began telling me about heaven. Amazing things. I woke up after she gave me a hug. I remember when i woke up, i said to myself i need to write down what she told me about heaven, that is amazing. But i fell back asleep. When i woke the next morning, i remembered everything except what she told me about heaven. My family and i have been given amazing signs and comfort through our grief, it has strengthened my faith. God truly does work in mysterious ways.
That was very helpful, especially the part on purity. When people go to a foreign country, they study it before hand, so they will have a great visit. Amazing that people have little interest in heaven, a place hopefully they will be staying for all eternity. Thanks Matthew!
You nailed it Mary. That was a perfect relative comparison which Satan deliberately uses his manipulation on interfering with the good reasoning of us. God bless you!
My alma matar is St. John Bosco's Teachers' Training college in my hometown in Ghana, West Africa. Was established by the early Catholic missionaries in the early 1900s and continues to train teachers to this day. He is the patron Saint of the college. His portrait, similar to the one in the video, hangs in the principal's office. St. John Bosco, pray for us.
My sons aged 11 and 13 are greatly intrigued by these episodes' narrations ...and they also repeat by heart the introductory lines as they are being spoken in each episode. The narration even minus pictures,or illustrations of any kind still holds their attention . We love listening to all the episodes but they do like to replay some of their favourites, recently being the apparition of Luigi Comollo. I can almost say this is our fav bed time story . Thank you Matthew.God bless this ministry.🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
That means so much to me that they're listening to Saint John Bosco’s words. That helps me to continue! Thank you so much for telling me and keep me in your prayers, as I will certainly do for you!
"Avoiding idleness" is a great reminder that idle hands are the devil's playthings. "He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster." Proverbs 18:9
What a beautiful way to tell us that story , you even meke me feel that I was there , such a important advice from the bishop , Don Bosco love so much his boys , one of the greatest saints in our holy church, thanks for sharing, I become a subscriber in this instant , God bless you and yor ministry.
When I would hear of this saint, I would only think of the chocolate syrup of the same name. These reflections on his life have helped acquaint me with his humanity, humility, and holiness. Thank you.
Thank you -I have a better understanding of Purgatory hearing you speak I am an elderly Christian looking forward to eternity every blessing Delia Powell
I am in my 70’s, but still recall how I was enthralled by the dreams of St Bosco while in junior school in Dublin. I love this great Saint, not just for his dreams, but for the great and simple faith he exuded and for his total dedication to the salvation of his boys. I hope and pray that through my love and respect for him, he considers me one of “his boys”, as then I’ll be confident of staying the course on the road to salvation. St John Bosco, pray for us and our loved ones 🙏🏼
I love the picture of Don Bosco's dream where he is standing looking out over the water at a big ship. The pope was at the helm. There were two pillars in front of the ship. One pillar had the Monstrance and the other pillar had Our Lady. The ship was trying to anchor itself to those pillars when other ships were attacking it. It was a last blistering attempt to stop the anchoring. That picture explains it All.
Would You Lord give me pure knowledge? Save our souls Jeanette, Angelique, Nicholas, Richard. Please keep things of the world away from my sister's family. Help us know everything is vanity. Keep Stephanie pure. Preserve her and Nicholas.
These are really well done!!! I'm intrigued, fascinated and grateful for your presentation of these important teachings of Don Bosco. Please keep this great channel going. Thank you so much.
Kinda reminds me of when Jesus asked the man by the pool, do you want to be healed? That might be the final question Jesus asks us before the judgement is made. Those truly without God won’t think they need healing while others know as good as they eve tried to be still feel incomplete. I feel like that everyday.
St Don Bosco pray to Jesus thru Mother Mary n St Joseph with St Padre Pio, St John Paul II n St Charbel to pour His precious blood on every member of our family n all humanity purify n sanctity us n make us Holy n worthy for Lord's dwelling
There are many saints that go straight to heaven (I presume), as we have proof of their sainthood. From this I gather that it is not always necessary for people to go to purgatory and with this in mind, I daily fight this spiritual battle so that the sufferings that I may otherwise have in purgatory, I can suffer now whilst still on earth and hope in the mercy of God. Saint Dominic Savio, pray for us!
Ironically through the course of the ages the Church during persecution is the most influential on the rest of the world and some of the greatest Saints made known to bring back on course those who have strayed. St Don Bosco is one of them as with many of the Mystics of the Church!!
He asked if he was in God's grace ....that is a releif to me ... some things can be such grey areas .... all for us to more wholly depend on our Lord and exercise the virtues to navigate the trials .... Thank You #workINprogress
As a child I loved the story of Saint John Bosch, he tells us so much, but as one gets older, the world snaps us up , and people I think enable it to destroy the innocence of a child modern society no free thinking simplicity helps to on with one’s business , but faith and practice is important if we can listen to God, He is is big he is every where, Nature. The universe , but awear the world is dominated by Evil the battle goes on from the beginning of time, the fall of our first parents ,we are hear to learn to go back home to our God ❤ we pray for guardian Angel who is assigned to us , but we are so in the world our spirit gets lost St Michael protect Gods people and our souls, so we are ready to go home ,protect our families , that are always attacked spiritual, it would be lovely to have a spiritual experience if it’s Gods Will ,offering up all disappointments and failures and pray for the guidance of love and prayer ,Saint John Bosco intercede for us , and guide us thank you , Anne Marie
St John Bosco, pray for us. I offer this day for the Holy souls in purgatory; for conversion of sinners; for the souls of the Universal Church, for those in my home, and of my family and friends
St. John Bosco please intercede for all of my children, their spouses and children that they will live their faith fully until the Lord calls them home.
