I think he's the best demonstrator of the Roland's Vocal & Ensemble Keyboard VP-550. I have not heard any other musician perform soulful gospel choirs, pop and jazz voices as he does. for me is the best

I find the VP 550 extremely clean, voluminous and also very natural with the choirs. I tested it a few years ago and found it not sounding so good compared to all the You Tube demos. Maybe he was wrong? Is it still that good? I am experimenting with the Roland VP 20, Digitech VR and the Roland JDxi. I get very good results with it in the mix and for recordings. I'm not absolutely convinced live yet. Are there any real alternatives to the VP 550 that is absolutely easy to use?

can you make the vocals sound less fake? i mean it sounds like a machine.. i want it to sound like humans .. its too accurate..

This guy really know is voicings ( no pun intended ) but viewing this vid makes me thing that the vocorder would only be good for gospel and chiors...nothing rock or jazz.
