I really have to commend Don's VA for holding ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BACK. like all the voices in this game are great but don is like next level genki girl gremlin energy I love her so much I just wish I had her W ID so I could actually have her on any of my teams

OH ABSOLUTELY ive talked to my friend about my don theories, i dont go to into it here, but when i mentioned being concerned over don being excited over free food, my assumption here is that don probably grew up poor in the backstreets, esp w her ragged shoes, and also not to mention how, in chapter 3 (spoilers) she mentions that her friends would BEAT HER to snap her out of her fits. girl definitely did not grow up in a stable environment and i cant wait to see how project moon absolutely devastates me with the silly shakespeare lady.
@@rumbiez4528methinks it's probably some form of wish-fulfillment or desire for power in her life. in my other comment i go into it a bit more, but i dont think don lived in a stable environment with any power to protect herself, so she lached onto the idea of fixers as a way for her to essentially escape her feelings of powerlessness.

@@EebyDeeby413it's less about if the food is available and more about how WARP trains work. Those trains basically "fix" your condition that you had when you boarded the train. For example, if you were sleepy at the moment you boarded, you would feel sleepy thought the whole trip. So yeah, no amount of food would be able to satiate your hunger during your whole trip
Having read Don Quixote, I appreciate the restraint PM has shown with her... and yes, everything she's done so far has been them showing RESTRAINT, she is WAY less unhinged than her literary counterpart, she has yet to try to stab windmills to death, stab people at a funeral procession thinking they're ghosts, or wear a bowl on her head thinking it's an ancient helmet, she's basically just a naive innocent child (despite the fact that she's at least 20) I also love how despite how much Heathcliff gets annoyed by her, him and Don are actually really similar.
I have not heard or seen of this game but I have read Don Quixote and this is pretty accurate to how Don Quixote was written though in the book he was slightly more deranged. amazing video

I used to think Don was a menace, and to be fair, there’s lots of evidence to prove such a hypothesis! But I’ve recently realize there’s another small, blond kid who’s probably even more of a menace than her. This really reviled to be when the two Cinq identities were released, Sinclair’s identity showed a fragment of it, and it was terrifying. Hey is extremely powerful, but he isn’t quite aware of it, this is quite similar to Don in that they are both (sort of) oblivious to it. But there’s on key difference. Don at her worst could be a chaotic menace to society. But Sinclair at his worst would be an organized menace to society. (Or he’s just fucking mind broken like with his N. Corp. ID) Anyway, sorry for hijacking’s this vid for a Sinclair comment.
nonono dont apologize, you're absolutely fucking right (and also i LOVE talking abt analysis) don and sinclair have the capacity to be ABSOLUTELY terrifying, and we're just lucky to be in the universe where they arent. don quixote is obsessive and devoted, and if she's convinced of a cause, she'll be devoted to it to her last breath. sinclair is smart, diligent, and talented, with a hidden lust for blood, however he hasn't had the chance to hatch out of his shell. in different circumstances, these two could be absolute demons, but thankfully they haven't gone down those paths yet.
