Kristina is not wrong. TJ is the one out of control. His temper, and he’s not very supportive of Molly. Constantly on her case about her sister. Pointing the finger at Molly, that she made a mistake, she made the wrong choice, he’s the one who needs to get a grip.

@@joiisler3012 They could've still used Kristina's egg and had someone else carry the baby. That way, the baby wouldn't legally be Kristina's. It was Molly's impatience that made her not want to go through the long process of getting a surrogate who'd carry the baby (instead of letting her sister fulfill both roles of egg donor and surrogate) that has led them here.
@@rachybaby72 Contracts can be challenged over blood ties. But KRISTINA not carrying the baby would have made it unlikely she would, since there would be no bonding. Not looking forward to these fireworks. Going to be Messy.
@@elleypayette8517 kristina has signed surrogacy agreement but it is not recognized by the state of new york. it can be challenge. she needs to sign adoption paper after the baby is born to make it legal. yes, kristina has the right to change her mind but she's only pregnant because the promises that she made to molly. to do this now is wrong. molly should have never agreed to it. she should have been patient and use her own egg with another surrogate.

Sam is also Leo's half brother since Julian is her pa. Technically Daunte and Sam share no blood ties but shacking up with your brother Leo's brother is kinda incestuous. .....

Now he is blaming Molly for everything that he thinks is wrong when it is his fault just as much as hers. Kristina wasn't asking Alexis to pick between her and Molly. She was asking her Mom if TJ and Molly break up how does she keep the baby in the Davis family, Molly's family. If they break up then Molly has no legal right to the baby.
It's Molly's fault. All she had to do was wait to get a surrogate who would carry the baby, but apparently, she couldn't do that to avoid this. Use your sisters egg if you must have a blood-connection to the child, but then go through the long surrogacy process again. Molly didn't wait and now her impatience has led to these horrible consequences.
Most people are not understanding what Kristina is saying. She is trying to look out for not only the baby but Molly also she just didn't word it right. If Molly and TJ break up then the only ones with legal rights to the baby will be Kristina and TJ. Molly will have no legal right to the baby. Kristina said she wants to make sure that the baby stays in the Davis family. She is having this baby for her sister not for TJ. She is trying to figure out how to keep the baby in Molly's life if she breaks up with TJ.
Christina is spoiled, by Sonny. To her Dad she can do No wrong. I'm here about a scene for Fynn/Finn ( However it is spelled). Finn goes to another country for his rehabilitation. Months later he comes back as Violet's Fairy God Mother. Not that far-fetched, he has acted as a Vampire once. GH writers always, re-writes scenes for deceased, missing, or temporary absent characters. Maybe it's just me!

@@amandabilger2235 the baby still would be in the family if she sign her rights away to molly. Molly and TJ would have joint custody. Kristina knows how much molly wanted a baby and to do this? Like alexis say she better think long and hard because she made promises. That is the only reason why Kristina is pregnant because she promise she would sign the adoption paper. It shouldn't matter if molly and TJ are together or not.
@@lisadelpeche3371 But you are forgetting, Kristina isn't a lawyer, she doesn't know the legal ins and outs or ramifications of TJ and Molly splitting up. That is why she went to Alexis because she could explain it to her but Alexis assumed that Kristina was asking her to take sides. Alexis should have explained it to Kristina instead.

If it was some other surrogate it would not be an issue. .alexis knew this was going to happen. She try to tell both molly and Kristina about the legal ramifications. They did not want to hear her. Kristina doesn't get to come ask alexis now. She should have went to diane or another lawyer about this. Molly is going to think there is another motive for Kristina to ask. Why not go to molly to explain her concern instead of going behind her back. Kristina has been bonding with this baby so I think it more than what she is saying. She wants to keep the baby if molly and TJ ends things. If she honors her commitment molly and TJ should be fine. Molly should have went with her first instinct and use a surrogate again.
WORD ON THE Soap Opera STREETS! The GH fans are giving Tolly/ Kristina surrogate storyline 2 thumbs down because its too predictable. The fans are looking for either rewrite or twist in this story. I agree with the fans on this one. The rewrite, the audience find out Tolly had 1 surviving embryo somewhere and TJ not the father of Kristina baby. Instead, Kristina share a baby with a man from a powerful mob family Jerome or Novak family from Ryan Hope. This story is unrealistic. No woman wirh a brain would use their sister egg to have a child knowing their sister never had a child in the 1st place. Of course, she would bond with the child. Most cases, a sister would already had at least 1 child before donating a egg to her sibling.
I cannot believe how terrible Kristina's wardrobe has been. Even before she was pregnant, her style was just atrocious. The old Kristina used to dress so much better. But now, with the new actress playing her, it's like they've completely lost all sense of fashion. Kristina has always been a character that I didn't particularly like, but the way they dress her now just makes it even worse. The pink dress she wore to Brook-Lynn and Chase's wedding was just a disaster. It was like they were trying to make her look like a joke. And don't even get me started on the fake baby bump they have her wearing. It looks so fake and unrealistic. It's like they didn't even put any effort into making it look somewhat believable.
