I would add just one more thing... Before leaving the range, but after you've done everything discussed here, be sure to wash your hands with soap to remove lead residue! You don't want to transfer it to the steering wheel in your car, and certainly don't want to eat of drink anything without first washing your hands.
The range I go to has two different kinds of soaps in the bathroom. One is specifically for lead, they also have pull up hand wipes in a container just outside the range so you can clean your hands as soon as you come out. It’s a nice touch.
Yep, I keep those lead-remover wipes in my trunk. It's all fun and games being a tough guy not worrying about it until your doctor tells you you have elevated lead levels at an unsustainable rate
