I took my girlfriend to see this movie on opening night. You could have heard a pin drop; we were all sucked into the movie and couldn't breathe even if the movie title hadn't told us not to! When the turkey baster arrived on-screen, horrific realization set in and I could feel the tangible frozen terror in everyone around us. Everyone except for my date sitting on my right. She burst out laughing. Two years later I married that woman.

I love seeing how much these two love each other. I may sound silly but just seeing her interact with him when being scared. You can tell she knows he would protect her from anything in real life. He is her emotional support. I also love that he doesn't care if she smacks him and grabs him when she gets scared. I am a hopeless romantic sort of guy and it is just nice to see two people who clearly really love one another. t's just really nice too see. There are many reaction chancels but this one I enjoy the most because of the relationship dynamic for sure. I also love watching the reactions to the movie as well obviously You know, the whole entire purpose of the actually video. LOL.

I talked to a blind person about the heightened senses. He said that its not a heightened sensation, rather more acute focus on the remaining ones. He said at no point is it ever like things are louder or more vivid in touch or taste.

You’d be terrified and justified in defending yourself in any way possible. Now imagine you are also blind. He knows there are probably more than one person there, but they are feet away from him and he can’t tell. He’s perfectly justified there. But then when we find out how much of a monster he is, it’s easier to turn on him especially since the guy we know was the worst of the robbers is dead

This is such a great film. I’d recommend the sequel. “Don’t Breathe 2”. It’s not as good or as smart as this one but it’s still a great thriller with fantastic edge-of-your-seat moments

Stephen Lang is so good in this movie. I loved him in Avatar, and the 13 episode series Terra Nova. You almost can't recognize him as Ike in film Tombstone.

He is one of four actors I recognize the most from the series the others are Jason O'Mara aka Jim who was the voice of Batman /Bruce Wayne in 12 DC interconnected animates movies, he was originally Wesker in the third Resident Evil film before he was recanted for the next two films, and he also in a season of Marvel Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. The actress who played his older daughter Terra Nova was Princess Jasmin in the live action Aladdin & Kimberly in the 2017 Power Rangers film. The fourth person I recognize is the actress for Mira leader of the 6rs was in Batman Begins, the Black Lighting series, and also was in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

I just started watching the new series FROM and I really like it. It's only 7 episodes so far on EPIX. I told my son about it and he watched 5 episodes yesterday. ... PEACE.

31:03 You hit the nail on the head! It reminded me of Halloween 2018 when Laurie used her house to eventually defeat Michael Myers, but the roles were switched in this case with the home belonging to the antagonist in this movie. Laurie used her house to eventually force Michael into a confrontation with her that would lead to the trap her and her daughter, Karen, set up to capture Michael. The blind man in this movie also did this by sealing off exits of his house to eventually force a confrontation with the intruders.

A friend and I watched it in theaters and the anxiety and tension was high. Every little noise/breathe had me yelling in my head, and probably the only time I wanted to physically say YOU'RE BREATHING TOO LOOOOOUUUUDDDDD or OMG BE QUIET SHHHH lol. Never before in a horror movie did I have the urge to "participate" like they could hear me lol. Definitely a fav, even though I was dry heaving through *that* scene while my friend was laughing at both me and the horror happening on screen in front of us. I haven't watched the sequel, just because personally I feel like it just truly did not need one. A great stand alone is what it should have been, not sure how well it performed or compared

I've literally never seen Nikki physically shake from fear before, and I've watched a lot of horror reactions on this channel. This movie is one of the absolute best suspense/thriller movies ever made. The silence in this movie alone is enough to chill your core, and I love how simple this movie is. There's no flashy CGI, no over-the-top plot or complex characters. Just some kids who broke into the wrong house.

I watched this film on Netflix and it turned out to be what i didnt expect. At first tyou're routing for the old guy because these burglars want his shit. But as you watch and learn what this guy is you end up routing for the burglars to survive. Loved the twist at the end as well. Didnt know there was a sequel, i need to watch that!

I think this movie is loosely based on the true story of Byron David Smith, who was a retired military guy, who killed two young people, a female and a male, after they repeatedly broke into his house. He parked his car 2 blocks away and waited for them in his basement. When they entered the basement he shot them dead. He also recorded the whole thing and it is rather creepy listening. Cheers.

5:05 one of the best jump scares ever, it gets me every time

You guys should react to Midnight. It's a 2021 South Korean thriller movie. The film starring Jin Ki-joo, Wi Ha-joon and Kim Hye-yoon, depicts a life-threatening hide-and-seek scenario between a psychopathic killer and a deaf woman. It's one of the best movies I've ever watched.
