If you get gum balls from the machines in the mall its around 25 cents, for a little more than half you can just get gumballs at the mall. (I think that those gumballs are a more fair comparison to the kit, since they are also kinda gross) you are correct though that this is a damn expensive kit for what you get

Me and my siblings did this kit when me and my sister were like 4 or 5 and my brother was 6 or 7. Tbh I don't remember much because my brother did most the kit, but I remember the box vividly
i vaguely remember doing that kit too. i don't really remember how it went, but the gum wasn't really chewy like the typical gum, i remember it could easily be chewed up like most normal food. i still remember liking it though lol.
Watermelon is definitely my favourite bubblegum flavour. Not because it tastes like watermelon (which I also like) but because it tastes like candy watermelon. I’ve also tried a sour apple which I quite enjoyed.
@namjoons rejected handshake there actually are several gums that are cherry flavored. Gumballs and Fruit Stripe for example. That's here in the US at least.
I don't know why but gum has always grossed me out. When I was a kid I would avoid other kids like the plague if they were chewing gum. XD Also awesome video! I really enjoyed it. =D
XD I'm chewing gum right now, but I do it to stay awake. I do have misophonia, so I don't like it when others chew gum. I could honestly go either way with chewing it myself, but it seems to help with the drowsiness. (Also it keeps me from snacking on tempting delights.)

If anyone wants to do this on the cheap, look for recipes online; you can buy the gum base online and use Jello powder for the flavoring. Corn syrup and powdered sugar are cheap at the grocery store. The flavor doesn't last long, but it's a fun activity for tweens.

the gum base is probably gum arabic pellet's but it could also be a mixture of resin (like from trees not the epoxy resin,) wax, synthetic polymers, and elastomer. Im so glad I dont chew gum.

I love mint and blue raspberry flavored gums, those are my go to when I want gum. I was salty just watching the disappointing kit. Definitely not worth the $30 price tag.
