These were actually mock ups/prototypes in 1985 of what the shadows were supposed to look like lol! The only difference is they replaced the leather that was originally on there with Nubuck. So in a way they kinda are OG just an unreleased and slightly altered OG LOL great video!!

GOT MY FIRST W ON THE SNKRS APP TODAY!!!!!! These will be my first pair of Jordan 1’s since skating in them back in the 80’s! I’m the oldest of 5 brothers. Once my dad bought an entire close out section of my brothers, and my size. We were wearing them for over a year. God, could you imagine having 80 brand new pairs of 1’s today? Can’t wait to wear em again when fed x brings em to my door!

Jordan 1s picked up with breds but 2014-2016 wag off years for Jordan but the leather on those yin yang blacks, shattered backboards, all-star 1, Letterman's , even the teal 4's leather, or toro suede, but shadows sat on NYC SHELFS FOR 6 -8 weeks, the pine green / black white, clay greens went to $350-$400 quick. But super crazy hype Jordan 1's $$$$$$ started with the 2019 pine green black retro 1, after that shoe which is $409 1's hit warp speed

They could have made this a reverse shadow and given us the 2.0 with same color blocking but changed and elevated the materials on the shoe some plush suede maybe...in most versions 2.0 the new product is suppose to be better right.

Idk fam for me I actually like the 2.0 >>> 1.0 I love the Chicago style blocking or R.Shadow look. I don’t give OG pts. The only thing I’m concerned w/ really is the leather on the toebox & overlays. Heard it’s not as soft or nice as the Breds, Royals & 1.0 Shadows. But I actually don’t like the OG Shadows at all. Too basic. Basically all Blk pair w/ some grey.
