I’ve had mine replaced within 6 months of purchase now it’s out again I just found the temporary fix where you turn it on a rapidly hold down the carpet but until it flashes and will work normally but will not remove error during self cleaning.
Mines is doing the same thing now….it was working fine for about 6 months and I thought this answered all my prayers. Now I don’t know how to fix it 🤷🏾♀️
Ok i fixed it. I removed the ckean water tank and in the cavity of the machine where the tank sits, there is a foam donut shaped filter. Remove that and you will see a small hole. Use like a toothpick or something small and poke it clear. Place the tank back in without the foam filter and run for about 30 seconds. Then reinstall the foam filter and the tank. All should be fine.
Thank you this did help took the little black donut by the water hole out, poked inside of the hole and around it poked the other hood I felt with a wire from a fake rose I had, cleaned that whole hole out and wiped all metal things inside of there as well as turning it on, then holding the carpet button until all lights flashed red, just a couple seconds after that and was good to use it finally after about 6 months of it just sitting there. 😩🤦🏽♀️😮💨 I hope this doesn’t happen again and I hope carpet button works for when it says dirty tank is full as well. 🤔🤦🏽♀️😮💨👌🏾💯🖤

shark needs to remember kiss. no need for a sensor to tell when empty. floors dry? its empty. just an extra sensor that isnt really needed and will eventually cause an issue
Bought my early May and it just did this? Has anyone found how to fix it? I called their customer services and they are spending me a new one, but if this is a common problem i don't want the new one. I have other shark/ninja products and they all have been amazing.
I had same problem , called the shark company and they are sending me new one ,but the new one is already improved version it will work or there is 3 years warranty to replace it again
@@moisesperez2244 Where the clean water tank is remove the foam grommet, then gentle poke a wire where the water hole is and replace grommet. Should work…..
Doing the same thing. Would be nice to find a electrical diagram for it. If anyone can find one please share it and i will post a fix. I am having the same problems.
