Got the apple watch series 9 in midnight, 41mm. I like the fact that the frame of the watch blends so well, that it seems like it is a one whole black screen.
Starlight in my opinion is the most neutral and can go with any look or watch band. I have several styles of watch bands from the casual silicone to the Sport Loop into a more jewelry, silver watchband, and it always looks awesome!

I originally got the midnight in 45 MM GPS & Cellular but then realized I loved the pink and it matches my iphone 15 so I exchanged it today. I'm very pleased with it. Great video! 😊
Got the starlight color bcuz i find it classic like black and silver. Coming from the samsung ecosystem I just recently switched over to apple and I started to love it.
Argument goes both ways. Nice to have a constant strap to compare each one (I did that last year). But also nice to see each watch with their complementary strap. E.g. what does the red with a red strap look like on wrist.
I got the starlight Apple 9 - I think this will go either way everything - light coloured straps or darker ones or a Milanese loop . Thank you this helped so much
I have had a spacegrey watch for about 3 years now and i am gonna switch to silver. It will match with my jewellery. That’s one thing that has been irritating me these last years. I think it will stand out less and look more stylish when combined. Thanks for the video showing off all the colours!
Exactly what i found out as you can read in my comment above. I honestly think Silver is the understated Colour, but looks amazingly awesome on your wrist 😊
I've had the red one for a couple years now and while I love the color itself, it can be challenging to match it with different outfits. I was thinking of going with the gold steel one next but maybe starlight or silver are better/easier to make work?
I'm a huge believer in "Check before you buy", and am lucky to live within 15 minutes of an Apple Store so, when I was looking to get my first Apple Watch last year, I went in and tried all the models, sizes and colours. I'd originally been drawn to a darker colour, but wasn't sure of size. I ended up getting a Nike Series 7 41 in Starlight - didn't need the 8's extra features, but wanted more than what the SE2 had to offer (the Ultra was just too big/expensive). Nice! A few other people said the same. Initially thought midnight then tried the lighter colours and went for those instead. Glad you got to try it out in store.
Ended up with a 45mm pink on pink, just as featured in your video. The sports loop is very soft. Recently got my husband the 45mm in starlight and I think it will look good with his deeper skin tones.
Girly-girl here. After having a pink Apple Watch 3 for many years, I recently purchased the Apple Watch 9 in Starlight. I thought I wanted a color that would be more neutral when I wear gold or silver jewelry. It looks great but after wearing it for a few days I’m regretting it and wished I got pink. 😢 I’m just a pink fan through and through lol.
I have the 15 pro in natural titanium. Just ordered the 9 41m in starlight(think it’ll match my brown skin tone very nicely). Never was too concerned about matching my watch to my phone because my phone is always in a different color case anyways.
Was thinking about getting midnight but after seeing it irl it looked worst of all. Got the starlight even though i wasnt thinking about it but irl it looked the best
I got a Product Red 41mm watch a month ago after trying it on at the Apple Store (I originally wanted the Midnight colorway, and liked Starlight as well) and so far I've been loving it! Does it match any jewelry? Not really! But the bold color goes well with my wardrobe and my skin tone, I don't even have the urge to try and tone it down with a more neutral strap, and it didn't actually pick up lots of unwanted attention. So I totally suggest giving a try to the bolder colors too, they can be surprisingly great!
All these colors are really nice. I wanted the red but my wife wanted that one as well. We both have the series 5 and I ended up with the series 9 midnight.
Got the Apple Watch series 9 yesterday in silver with the light blue Velcro band I own the series 7 blue and i know what y’all are gonna say you should’ve stayed with the Siri seven because it’s not really an upgrade but there’s only so many style vans you can pair with the blue watch there’s really nothing to be honest I’ve had the same blue band ever since I bought the blue one and blue is really not my style. Plus it has a bunch of little micro scratches that are very noticeable.
I’m also looking to buy a new watch since I gave my series 6 black/blue to my sister but I’m confuse between the color as I always will look for a new color and I really liked the pink color but wanted to know if it is unisex or not.

I am looking to get one for my someone as a gift and I think his wrist is about your size. This size looks good on you. What size are these? Is one size preferred for men over another? Also, are the sports loop bands elastic?
This is the 45mm version. Though there’s pros and cons for the bigger size. I made a size comparison video with more details / wrist size recommendations.
I was too, I’ve always gotten rose gold and even when I had a gold SE, it still looked rose gold so I loved the pink option, especially since it’s a true pink and not a rosy gold. But I decided to switch it up and once I saw starlight I just knew it was the one I wanted for a change, I love the champagne color and how it’s different from silver but understated from gold and warmer toned. I worried I’d return it to get the pink one and after putting it on and seeing it😍 good luck!
Thank you for the video! I’m planning to get my first apple watch (always went for garmin before) and was so torn on which color to get. I’ve narrowed down to an S8 in midnight or the S9 in pink or red Most likely i’ll go for the 41mm because my current garmin is 42mm and it fits just nice. But I still plan to go to the apple store tmrw and try both sizes just to have a feel which one feels more comfortable and looks better on my wrist
I dont have an Apple store near me, so I just had to pick a colour from a screen. There were only 3 options; midnight, silver or starlight. For the watch, I chose starlight. My current smartwatch is an old samsung galaxy active 1 in rose gold. I loved the colour but it really doesn't go well with my skin tone, I always regretted not buying it in silver instead, but wasn't able to return it. I almost chose the silver apple watch, but chose starlight instead. The colour is a much cooler tone than my current samsung watch while still looking feminine. Its a beautiful colour, i really wanted my new iphone 15 pro max to match it, but had to get it in blue because all the other colours were sold out. Its a shame it doesnt match, but both devices are beautiful anyway

It hurts my soul every time I buy the Apple Watch for $500 - but I feel better knowing it has resale value and will serve me well for the time I own it :)
