I totally align with roommate issues point, I faced innumerable problems because of roommates. Highly recommend people to choose their roommate wisely because it can affect your studies and mental state if you don't have good roommates.
Very good insight.. A real thank you for such explanation of day to day life. I could feel subjectively as I saw the video especially the Food part and the Loneliness issue. Thanks
Everything you said is correct, and it also shows how people likely have a wrong image of US before coming here. It is quite naive to expect a Red carpet welcome for immigrants. Instead, they should focus on what's good here and try to adapt to conditions here. In today's world, people have access to information like never before and a little homework can prepare them for what to expect when they arrive in the US. Expecting everything like it is back home is a sign of unpreparedness. For many of us who came to this country before internet & smart phones, there really wasn't anything to well prepare for what to expect, that should not be the case in current times.
Its been 3 months since I came to the US as a student and your points couldn’t be more true I relate with each one of them. Currently struggling a lot with studies part time job cooking cleaning everything
Issi liye maa baap ko baccho ko apne kaam karne ki training dene chaiye bachpan se. Yahan you 9th std ke bacche ate hai with parents carrying their back packs.
Sometimes I wonder how some of my engineering batchmates who struggled to pass semester exams in India did their MS in US and doing job in big companies.
Lets take example of my law college :- They literally just count the number of pages written by the student, and do a short glance over the headings. The quality of answers doesn't even matter. And never do they ever grade honestly in the internal marks. Those internal marks are based only upon the setting/approach. Here, they don't try to develop our cognitive ability. Whereas, upto my knowledge, its not like that in the United States. In any US law school/college, they primarily focus on the content, its recentness, the actual hardwork by the student. There they really try to develop the cognitive ability/skills.
U r absolutely right i m suffering from home sickness mujhe one year hone wala h bt abhi b mujhe yahaan accha nhi lagta lonely feel hota h india me jis crowd se mai pareshan hoti thi aaj usi crowd ko miss karti hu especially indian food ko uske taste ko miss karti hu bahar rehna itna asan nhi hota u Bhai 😢
I personally never thought to be in the USA. It's good for vaccation only. I am way happy in my simple life in Bharat ( a. k. a India). Now we don't use the name given by British. We use the name given by Sri Lord Krishna as per our Sanatan Dharma.
You with your Tanatani mindset can't survive there (not talking about hindus, just tanatani folks) . I am sure you haven't stepped out of your state , forget about India

We are in Silicon Valley, lots of good Indian restaurants here and the best part, tons of ethnic grocery stores with access to good quality groceries for home cooking.
Very true and well said. We ne thing I want to point out - don’t convert your us salary into Indian money - there was a comment that you might be marking 1cr but still have to do everything yourself. Btw 1cr is about 120000 usd. Have to pay taxes out of it and it’s a lot lessor. Please avoid conversions or at least convert based on purchase price parity, which is much lower than applying direct currency conversion. Otherwise great informational video and can relate very well. Thx
Appreciate your honesty. Very true whatever you said, but I don’t understand inspite of knowing all those struggle/challenge why you are staying there. What is the factor which weigh more than these struggles and attracted you to continue there inspite of all these challenges?
how to take a nationality in the usa complete video banao kay kiya karna hai starting kaha say karni hai kis kay pass jana hai please complere guide kro please please
Agreed with many points but India has many problems too such as pollution, traffic, overcrowding and corruption which keep staying on despite the passage of time. The higher education scenario for kids is also very difficult with too many students and very few colleges. On top on that many professors don’t teach well.
Face the world as on its today don't wait for your convenience.any big achievement in life is not easy. hurdles and difficulties is part of life.think positive.go ahed.god bless you.
Very very true each & every point both my children live here in US for the last 10 yrs but with all the wonderful salary life here is NOT COMFORTABLE NOR EMOTIONALLY SATISFYING NO PLACE IS BETTER THAN OUR INDIA
Hi bhaiya, how are you, So basically mai ye kehna chahta hu ki ky aap ek elaborated video bana sakte ho jisme pura procedure and carrier option like konsi degree and ky karke hum USA mai sift ho sakte hai permanently .
I came to US in 2008 did my Bachelors and Masters in Florida FAU had my OPT then 6 yrs tenure of H1b, the nonstop stress of immigration. now I'm ready to go back for good back to my friends, family & India by the end of the month I'm just not happy here anymore
You are verymuch right though missed some of the points. My personal view is , Always one is to keep in mind, whenever staying in U S A. will get the treatment like 2nd class or so citizen. It's give & take place. Have your bread and come out. Though climate has been slightly changed for the Indians due to Modijee.
I wanted to ask one question. Currently it is November and I have started applying to internships but I dont get a lot of time everyday to prepare for interviews or apply. Am I too late??? What’s the reality of getting good internships here???

Aur ek baat hain ki, you cannot COPY answers right of google and submit a yours. Plagiarism is a big no-no here. Answers should reflect YOUR interpretation! A few Indian students have been in trouble over this matter.
If you live in Texas it's very affordable and they are creating new jobs and all houses are cheap but you have to pay property taxes and it's a business friendly state if you live in metro area in Austin San Antonio and Houston it's very expensive but in the suburbs you can live affordable and buy house then also raise family. These new jobs they created in Texas they pay you minimum wage and the property taxes are high and if you have a big family then each one of them have to work 2 or 5 jobs to live affordably in Texas and you have the right to own firearms if you get license. The reason why houses are cheap in Texas is because they don't pay higher taxes than New York Chicago and California and workplace where you work will give less salary
100% true log jitni mehjat majboori m ya usa 🇺🇸 ko bas chorna na pade isliye karte hai utne ki half bhi india 🇮🇳 m kr de to bahut paise bana lenge kyunki india m saare kaam to maa karti hai khana bhi mil jata hai aur jhaadu poche ki bhi koi tension nhi rehti hai ... utna time save kr k khud m invest kare
These people are complaining because they cannot do their assignment by "googling" and is not easy. As a student don't you go to learn and not for just getting grades without learning?
