Yes, showing off on social media have become such a sickness in society that people enjoy the praises more than the actual thing.

This is very true. Some time ago (few years back) I used to post everything about my life on social media. I was very well off and all the sudden I started to struggle money wise, e.i with the bills, regular outgoings, was bearly making it to pay day. Than allhamduillah my moulana from adults revert classes told me basically about what this video says. I've stopped posting my life and within about 2 months I was back on track. Same job, same salary no other changes and subhanallah no more issues with money, no struggle at all with bills etc.

"Is everyone a well-wisher for your?" the question is on the spot.

I'm not even a Muslim but I couldn't agree more , I never display my life or my belongings with strangers it's just disturbing to think what those people are thinking about

I hated my father until he died. He moved us out of Syria and to Germany when i was 16 years old and never told me why. After hos death my mother reveled thev reason to me. He was an apostate and his family found out. His own brother attempted to kill him. This revelation shocked me to my very core. Tho i still attended prayers and islamic traditions and festivitys i started to read the books my father left behind in his office. I hated him with a burning passion. If it wasnt for those disgusting books i would still be with my friends in Syria and didnt have to put up with racist germans and this ridiculous german language. But after reading the 3rd book, it was a collection of biological findings, things started to change. I saw what he saw. I realized what he realized. I saw the truth of Evolution and the absurdity of creation by Allah. I saw a note he wrote in the back of a book about space that stated: "99,999999999% of all the matter in the universe will forever be inaccessible to humans, how can this be Allahs creation for us?" and this sentence cracked me. I cried. I raged, i ripped the book apart and spit on the handwriting of my father...and i felt miserable. Not because i dishonored my father, he was an apostate burning in hell...but because he made me doubt. Ironically this is now the reason why i love my father more than anyone has ever loved a person. He took us out of this oppressive state to safety. He didn't want us to leave Islam because he didn't want to have us without this resource when adapting to a new country. And his books finally set me free from islam which is the greatest gift anyone can ever receive. I AM FREE FATHER! THANK YOU FOR BEING THE MOST AWESOME PERSON EVER!
