Hi Mitch! (or anyone else reading this), Quick question (maybe not that quick) Towards the second half of the video, you talk about (confirmed?) reprints that will likely go down in price. You've also made videos before about cards that had already dropped in price, that you recommended people to get. What I wanted to know is, what about when the opposite happens with a card you already own? Do you actively try to take them out if your decks to keep the overall deck value budget, or do you keep playing with them even if they become expensive? For example, did you take out wayfarer's bauble from decks when it wasn't budget anymore, and add them back when it became budget again, or did you just keep playing with them? (There might be more drastic examples out there, but it's the first that comes to mind.) I wanted to know, because I sometimes play with cards that other people might not consider budget. Nothing crazy like the original duals or mox diamond or anything like that, but maybe something like a shock land from an unfinity draft, or a dockside from when I got the 2019 precon way back when. Because of this, I can run cards that some people might consider "too powerful" just because of the price tag, so I wanted to know your thoughts on it. I know that a card being expensive doesnt necessarily make it more powerful, neither does a cheap card necessarily make it weak, but do you still try to keeo your deck value budget nonetheless, even if you happen to own pricier cards that fit very well into certain decks? Tl;dr: do you take out cards from decks if they ever become expensive/avoid putting expensive cards you already own into decks, in order to actively keep the deck price low? I'd love to hear some input on this!

I don't think that energy lands will se some play it's way easier to pay 2 life for the same kind of card

Thunder Peak is real imo, the formatting is not weird at all, you can (sort of) clearly see in the leak the card says, "As [name] enters the battefield, you may pay {E}{E}". There's also the energy theme going around, plus these duals are way worse than Shocklands.

Thunder Peaks formatting is just wrong. you cant determine the state of how it enters after its on the battlefield, and the when triggered ability only activates after the card has entered. It would have to say As "" enters.(also Wotc is switching to enters instead of enters the battlefield).

Aether tutor seems kinda bad compared to enlightened tutor even if it is real. Maybe food chain or breach loops might work but the setup and pay off for a 5 mana tutor is much worse than 1 mana end of turn into 2/3 mana next turn.

I wonder if the person that took thunder peak picture was swatting a fly at the same time with is phone, it looks like the blur effect from video games.

Thunder Peak doesn't look real to me. Nonbasic lands with basic land types should have reminder text that they tap for mana.

Like others have said, there are a few cases of plagiarized art in MTG and hard to say a card is fake due to the art being derivative of other art out there.

The incarnation are special guests ie the list.

Thunder Peak doesn't seem like a real card name because Lightning = Red, Peak = Red. Where's the Green?

The energy lands are worse than the snow duals. Why would you pay TWO energy so they can be untapped? You need untapped lands in the early game and you need that precious energy

Bringing back energy for Modern Horizons 3 is dumb, I don't get it. It has nothing to do with the set and I feel there's way better counters they could use anyway. I've never liked energy counters

Wierd way to check also is tcg thier doing presales rn of the cards they have shown so those are solid and already going for sale

The Reaver Cleaver is such a bad card. You have to go through so much trouble just to get your mana back.
