Nick stahl's acting when kate is about to shoot is just perfect. Like john already knows what would happen. I mean he has a terminator dad who took so many shots.

Connor is right, even without speaking his reaction said everything... machines don't know what is like to be human. A person who has nothing to lose always starts evolving from despair in the worst ways imaginable, so anger is completely futile when you aim to focus on something.

I love how the Terminator jumps up ready, concerned, not because he's worried about himself, but that a non-combatant that he's supposed to protect has a fire arm with questionable (not no) ability to use it. If she were to accidentally shoot herself, or John, or the ricochet off of the Terminator or the stone wound up wounding one of them is his only concern, but there it is on display.

One of the best movies, I saw it on VHS, really like it.

So basically, those weapons were John Connor's inheritance from his mother. Very symbolic, actually; even in death, Sara was looking out for her son, like a true mom. That's why she was so popular as a female movie character; she knew how to be a badass without abandoning her feminine charm.

That immediately goes to a 7.0 - 7.5 if the following things happen... - John Connor is played by a sober Edward Furlong - We get a background explanation that a partial backup of Miles Dyson's work was used to carry on the Skynet project. Maybe an opening scene flashback showing a recovery team at Dyson's house taking his computer and all his work. - A flashback to the events leading up to T2 are shown with a young Kate Brewster and John Connor. Maybe show a scene overlapping into T2, better tying the second and third films together. - Have a brief cameo with Robert Patrick playing an engineer on the Skynet project, thus explaining why his likeness was used for the T-1000. Rise of the Machines was hardly a "great film" but it had a lot of potential and really could've carried the series further if it'd been done right.

He's walking around with massive open wounds in no pain, punched through concrete and brick without breaking his hand and manhandled a coffin of 500-600 pounds bare-handed to reveal an arsenal of weaponry that would make a police force scream aloud. Did she really think pulling a gun on him or shooting him would do anything?

Honestly, for me this is where the Terminator series ends!!! This way John Connor has the respect he deserves!

As someone who does like the film, this movie should've been what Terminator Salvation was, and part 4 could be covered the finale. Even in T2, the time travel was becoming contrived and overused. We need the future war, we need to see who wins, and watch it all capped off with them sending back the very 1st Terminator to 1984. Just my opinion of what could've/should've been.

Arnold knew this movie wasn't going to top T2, but that didn't stop him to play the role any way, in this one in Genysis and dark faith, he just loves the role and is loyal to it's character, got to admire the man for that. his character in dark faith was quite intriguing.

After the last couple Terminator movies, I have a renewed appreciation for how good this movie was. Terminator 3 wasn't a masterpiece like the first 2, but it was actually good.

Looking back T3 wasn’t all that bad. It sucks that they did the whole “Judgment day is inevitable” bs as well but at least it was an enjoyable movie for most part.

There's an interesting time split here. In T3, it was Sarah Connor that died in Mexico, but in Dark Fate it's John that died in Mexico.

Honestly I loved T3. I know it has its issues and is unnecessary after T2's perfect ending. But this movie is best made non-Cameron Terminator film. The effects look amazing, all the actors are very good and Arnold still kills it. I consider the Terminator series a trilogy with 3 non cannon add ons

0:38 just like Peter Weller's acting in his character, look how Arnie, as T-850 goes back to a robo-Stand By position. Details like this make you feel how much effort was indeed put into the acting.

People blamed and pointed finger at T3 when it released at the theater. Turns out, it was the best one among the crappy franchise sequels. So some of you are owed this movie an apology, including me.

This is a fun movie with a neat twist that slightly changes what came before in a respectful and insignificant way. It only sucks if you go in looking for another t2 level of greatness.
