They raw with their time, you can't do anything thing with nature . Here, in northeast mango are still not growth well till this month . We will get to eat naturally in the month of June - July .
No, it still has heat. We grow mangoes without any artificial fertilizers or injections, and are plucking out in April Or may, they are absolutely delicious but can't eat more than 3-4 per day because they cause breakouts in places you can't even talk aboit😂.
@@KASHWopal-pk5bu each of us get at least 300-400 mangoes in the season. Taste much more delicious than the ones in the market, so yeah WE eat 3-4 per day sometimes

Indian traditional celebrations always had kheer (payasam) .. cakes or other such baked things are not healthy .. blowing out candles is not auspicious too. Just light up oil lamps (diya) & never blow them out
we do that by cutting the small part at the top where a mango is connected to its stem. it helps that one does not feel the itchiness due to the sticky liquid from mango.
My mom also does this thats why I....because aam ki chipchipahat wala cheej muh pr lagne s daag fore skin issues hote h aur wo jo garmiyo mei hote h Fore fusi wo nhi nikalte adha ghanta paani mei dubone s...
When you preach satvik, ways of living eating fresh food, refrain stale food. I still see refrigerator , plastic tub. In one of previous videos I could see even ac.
My mom also soaks mangoes in water before eating them. At first I used to think that it is useless but after noticing heat in my body right after eating mangoes without soaking them. I felt literally blessed to have her as my mother.❤
It's more about the oils on the skin of the mango. You'll notice this especially when you pluck raw mangoes and try to eat them raw. You might get your lips bruised. Those oils are still sticking on the mango. Soaking them and wiping them gives enough time to lower that content.
I never knew this and my pitta aggravates with one mango and im unable to eat it like others.. thanks for this video, im gonna try eating after soaking it😊
I've soaked mangoes overnight for 8-10 hours and even if I eat half a mango, I get breakouts. In my childhood, only eating excess mangoes used to cause pimples, now the body reacts differently
