You have to get one of the floopy disk that is in one of the rooms below where you got the location for the spaceship. One of the email's will give you the power voltage to light up the floor below. Which will allow whoever you saved help you get into one of two rooms with a floopy disk. use the floopy disk on the device at the end of the game and you will get the normal ending and unlock the route which will allow you to save them both.

@@henryhamilton4087 you need to finish the normal ending after that at the 3 day of your new save you will dream of cody plushie tiger the plushie is a part of your old memory of the previous loop,the plushie talks and is conna request you to not take cody to the roof and to tell him to stay near the car after that you can find another floopy disk of red coloration named phase controller lite take it to the moon with the blue one an finish the game
True Ending Summary: _ Barry adopts Cody. _ Cate finally has her coffee. _ David is reading sth about the Moon. _ Cody, the survivor of Deep Sleep, survives.
So the true ending shows that the Moon never exploded in the first place. Cate has her job and continued to search for David who is currently living his life or probably searching for the others as well. Barry is with his wife talking about the adoption permit, Cody has his tiger plushie with his possibly alive mom and dad (considering the sleeping bodies on the bed Cody was in.) So will they find each other in the end?

The events : First Playthrough David's dream told him that there will be locusts coming David wakes up only to find himself a swarm of locusts coming in his way David defends himself in a house David's dream told him that there will be a heat surge Cate's helo crashes on David's house and met up with each other David met Cody David met Barry David stayed in a cold cave to defend themselves from the heat surge David's dream told him that there will be thugs coming Barry/Cody died David defended himself in the same house David's dream told him that the moon will hit earth David went to the spaceship The spaceship took off They found themselves in a moon base where a machine transfers your consciousness and leaves the original body only to end up waking in another realm where their consciousness is in another of their own body but in a different realm (they wouldn't experience the moon crash or either the lost of their original bodies because their consciousness is in another realm) David wakes up in the same wasteland but with different events coming only to find himself experiencing a strange deja vu
So they relive their live before the apocalypse, and had their live back, Cate has her job, berry has his wife, cody has his tiger plush, and David has a life aswell, I wonder if they would meet, even before the apocalypse????
the apocalypse never happens in that scenario...unless it's a sudden pandemic that a lab accidentally released a zombie virus and therefore had to meet up with each other again

It will take him a hour, but he will be able to defend himself just as well as Barry would, and if you do things perfectly, you won't even have to use the guns. All of Razor's men would leave or die long before they managed to reach the farmhouse, and Razor himself will be arrested by Kate. Besides, Barry told you multiple times to keep Cody safe at all costs, that Cody is arguably the whole reason the group has hope and keeps going, and that you made the right choice if you let Barry fall to save Cody. You would be doing a disservice to everyone, especially Barry, if you let Cody fall for the sake of "time", especially since it is perfectly possible to both save Cody and have a lot of time left by the time you finish preparing the house if you know what you are doing, and Cody is ultimately a kid with a lot of life ahead of him, especially if you get him to the time travelling Sleeper Pods.

Idk about Cate and David but the ending shows that she’s looking for him (There’s his face in some sort of database in her computer screen at the end) And it’s also implied in the ending that Barry and Maggie adopted Cody
It wont, if cody gets adopted and cate has a picture of davids face on the lock screen of her pc, it suggests a completely different timeline denying a possibld timeloop
I once had a play through where I didn't understand where the floppy disk was supposed to go. The Moon/Earth collision kept going while I went back and forth trying to figure it out, until eventually I panicked and jumped into the pod without inserting the disk. In the resulting ending, David wakes up in his tent, having just had another nightmare, but also wondering if he forgot to do something important. Presumably that would be the same ending if you don't bring either of the floppy disks to the moon base at all.
I have watched normal ending and I was always sad that they're stuck in never ending loop. I have watched a gameplay of 2 games, but not the true ending. It's so pretty.
It is a good little point and click adventure game, but time limits and "multiple playthroughs" are not good mechanics for the genre. It's why they were abandoned in the 90's.
The problem with most point and click games is that they have little replayability. Especially the ones that rely entirelly on puzzles, and there is no gameplay element, like hiding or fighting. By having randomness of item-locations or by havin to prepare for different hazards, the game gets a little bit more replayability. Not much, cause there are still no dynamic gameplay elements (like fighting or hiding).
That's why I think a mechanical time limit rather than a real time limit was a great implementation since Don't Escape 2. It allows for smooth exploration of route optimization.

So in the first ending, David wasn’t able to collect both disks (since you need Barry to get one of the disks and Cody to get the other, and one of them must die), the Memory Boost and the Phase Controller Lite to complete the requirements needed to insert their mind into a safe world of their choosing, and have to activate the Emergency protocol, which randomly transports them into one of their other bodies in another random alternate world (Which, would most likely have the apocalypse already ongoing because there seems to be only a handful of worlds where the moon drilling, the “Incident” that caused the Moon to break apart, is cancelled), which brings them to where they started. But this time, with the help of ONE of the disks, their memories get retained partially coming into their next life. That’s why, with the power of precognition, David was able to warn Barry about the Plexus’s collapsing roof and tell Barry to stay behind, allowing him AND Cody to live, therefore allowing him to take BOTH of the disks. When used together, the disks are able to function like an actual Phase Controller, which allows them to choose the destination of their next life, which would be a world where the moon drilling never happened. In the end, you can see David reading a newspaper about the cancellation of the moon drilling (which indicates that they’re in fact in a safe world where the apocalypse doesn’t happen), alongside Barry and Maggie signing up for adoption (which implies that they’ll be adopting Cody), and Catherine, who got her job back and is searching for David’s whereabouts to meet with him again
Actually no their soul got transported to their another body in another body and david was being in 3 loops (if its true ending) 1st proof "visions" 2nd where you told cody/barry stay back abit then save cody/barry cause you remember that event after normal ending 3rd after the sleeper pods Everyone is trying to find eachother
I don't have any plans to. Most of the deaths are game overs from failing the end of the day event. Theirs only two endings in the game.Neither of which are really bad endings.
