This reminds me of my pops. He only knows one song partly! So everytime he picks up my guitar he wows the crowd with his skilled performance of love me two times! Bless him!

I give him credit. I think he has the part under control. No need to hate on the guy. Also, he has good taste. He chose an awesome song to learn. I just think he needs more cowbell.
@Matt Wyman : that is a philosophical question. Different schools of thought. I have been in different "schools" on that issue at various times in my life. You ask a good question, but a adequate response is beyond the scope of RU-vid posted replies. (imho) Any hoo, it was just a light hearted comment about a decent amateur (I think he is) guitar player who learned a song most guitarists who play classic rock like to listen to. That's all.

Yeah why not? The best part of going to guitar center is hearing slightly messed up covers of awesome songs. I always grab the nearest BC Rich and bust out a slightly off-tempo South of Heaven riff. Followed by 6 hours of playing with distortion pedals. Man I love that place. Spend 6 hours in there just to buy a cable and a pack of strings lmao
