This is a brilliant idea. Let's steal the most recognizable vehicle in the whole city and escape in that, smashing into everything so everyone can see.
@@bingchilling7900 I don't understand why people who haven't watch the movie would go on any video about marvel. One would thing you have the common sense, these retarded fucking comments are making me sick.
Ang Li wait how’d you know it would be a spoiler? That means either you’ve seen Endgame or the exact same comment before making it a spoiler you already knew about which isn’t a surprise.
I love that scene because I once saw it more or less happen for real. I had a friend in high school who was skinny, glasses, braces and the girls where beyond cruel to him. At age 15 his father, military, was posted to West Germany for 2.5 years. When they returned my friend had just turned 19 and he was UNRECOGNIZABLE. Glasses gone, teeth straight and a 20 inch and 35 lb of muscle growth spurt. Chiseled jaw, dimple in the chin. All that. He had also gotten into self defence and working out to kill home sickness. The guy had become a Greek God. In the end those same girls made idiots of themselves believing they had a chance....they didn't. He was still the same inside and as always, his friends where his priority. I love ya Pete!!
I had a dream last night where I was working at Starbucks and Steve Rogers came in. I said “one iced americano for the iced americano” and I woke up laughing at my own joke.
1:51. I always thought it was a nice touch that they acknowledge that he wasn't yet used to his new mass so, yeah, he totally lets momentum get the better of him for a second.
Everyone says this movie is decent. But I freaking LOVE this movie. The whole 40s vibe to it is just brilliant. the origin of Steve, is perfect. Am I alone on this one?
@@sandavijithminirathnayake7033 tony said it cause they got in a fight and there're always hating on tony and cap did say wut are u without that suit. Plus his parents both died when he was only a teen,he has anxiety issues(ptsd), and cap lied to him
Can we just appreciate the fact this film had a kid who basically went "Nah man I'm fine, go kick that guys ass" instead of "HELP ME HELP ME I'M IN DANGER". I respect that kid for knowing how to swim, especially in this time period.
The Great Depression had just ended. Tough times make tough men, tough men make easy times, easy times make weak men, weak men make tough times... and the cycle repeats. Where do you think we're currently at in the cycle? It's an inevitable cycle inherent to the human condition, despite what socialist utopians might tell you.
1:18... This scene is the same as the scene in the 1st iron man.. Where that guy with tony in the cave was dying telling tony not to waste his life..... If only they knew what they put in these two men in their dying breathe .... Who later in live to become legends
Think about it, the three main avengers (cap, tony and Thor) all had moments that made them who they are. Yinsen told tony not to waste his life, this doc pointed his finger at caps heart, and Odin made Thor remember that he was the God of Thunder, and not hammers. All these came into play in Endgame
0:50 learned later that part was not apart of the script. The actress who played Peggy Carter saw Chris Evans' real body shirtless for the first time in this scene and reached out to touch him before she realized it. The director decided to keep it in the final cut of the movie
Speed: good Heart capacity: good Lung capacity: good Growth: good Ass: gooooood Abs: thats some good shit Other muscles: uhhhhhh good I don't have and guilt on what ive just done
@@uvindukulathunga3860 his serum is not like Steve's, Cap doesn't need to train in order to maintain that body, gis body consumes 7 000 calories while resting
I love that the last thing the doctor does is touch Steve's chest to remind him one last time, you must remain as yourself inside no matter what happens outside of yourself. Team Cap forever!
1:51 very nice touch on their part that cap hadn’t yet used his power so he just loses control of how much power he has and let’s the adrenaline and momentum get the best of him!
holy shit, this scene is so impactful after watching endgame, especially at 1:20..... I wish the doctor could've seen how far Captain has gotten , and all with heart, through THAT he became worthy.
Kakakarot Cake He made the perfect choice. Still remember the scene during training where everyone ducked from the grenade except Cap who dived in and used his body to contain the blast
@@Aristoverse You see i only used 1 C for each so Back became Bac not Bacc. I did that because Zimks did the same only using one c. If you prefer it with two here ya go. He protecc He attacc But most importantly We like to see his bacc Ta daaaa
"Well if it could work only once, he'd be glad it was You." Peggy was right, you can see Erskine's look of finally achieving his dream within Steve, which gave him that peace in order to finally rest... Steve kept that promise ever since.
This movie works on so many levels. I wasn’t familiar with Evans when it came out. The effects are so good that the transformation scene is believable. The set up to the transformation and the timing of the whole film is spot on.
I always wanted Dr. Erskine and Ho Yinsen to be there in Endgame in some form. Considering how important they were in setting both Steve and Tony on the right path.
"The first of many." He wasnt kidding. Five years later and HYDRA are still popping up everywhere despite them acomplishing nothing in any of the movies and/or TV series.
+Vilkku what? in addition to all their involvement in WW2, they took over shield and destroyed it and if you watched the scene in the bunker in the Winter Soldier its implied HYDRA has been organizing assassinations and political events through decades to suit their own agenda. They even killed tony stark's parents, used bucky as their pawn, created scarlet witch and quicksilver, and also they stole the PYM formula in Ant-Man so I'd say they've accomplished a lot so far.
Spencer R All that happened off screen. On the other hand, what we have seen on screen (SPOILERS for... everything below): - all their WWII plans got destroyed culminating with Red Skull getting sucked into another dimension - the senator did not convince Stark to give up his technology in Iron Man 2 - the Tesseract was returned back to Asgard - they bombed Zola's intelligence, an incredible achievement of science and their primary scientist, themselves - their plan in Winter Soldier failed and all their helicarriers were destroyed - the Winter Soldier escaped and realized they were using him - the Centipede program was a bust that only created a new superhero - all their bases got systematically wiped by the Avengers and the Agents of SHIELD - the Twins whom they put major resources into have escaped, as they also let Avengers steal the Scepter - Strucker was embarrased by Avengers and then killed by Ultron - Whitehall, another one of their WWII survivors died at the hands of Coulson - Strucker's son got his ass kicked trying to kill and Inhuman serial killer - and now Gideon Malick obviously miscalculated, thinking an Inhuman overlord will cooperate with him and won't wipe him off the map That's the problem with them being the only prominent bad guys in this many movies and TV series. They just keep losing over and over again.
Vilkku "all that happened off screen" Did you not watch any of the winter soldier? That's what the movie was all about. And what does it matter? the point is that they still did all that no matter if it was on screen on not. The avengers also came together again before the start of age of Ultron. We didn't see it happen but it still did lol. Its a movie dude, the good guys always win.
At 3:08 the taxi door has a star like his shield. I’ve never heard anyone else talk about this but I realized it the first time I watched the movie and it’s brilliant foreshadowing.
I like it better when the scene is included where the little kid hostage is thrown into the river and tells Steve, "Go ahead, I can swim." That's the Greatest Generation, right there. Look somewhere else for victims.
Nikolas Zapata You can tell me what you think the point of the comment is. I can tell you this, however: If that child could not swim, he would be calling for help.
So he already has his first mission immediately after stepping out. He didn't even know what he was capable of yet, hence him looking at his body in amazement at the end.
That's why I don't mind spoiling it most people just see others getting hyped for it they might have watched infinity war but other than that the just hop on the bandwagon
The greatest power is in doing what is right all the time, even when it’s hard or unpopular which is what Cap exemplifies. It’s why he was chosen. The intelligence in taking down the flag and the willingness to make the sacrifice of his life for others in the grenade scene at boot camp showed the scientist that he would be perfect for the formula.
Talia Soic Hayley Atwell mentioned once in an interview (it was a comic con thing) that she just on impulse reached out and they kept it in the movie and now i crack up every time i see this scene
