This is why young people argue with their relatives or bosses when working on them. They do the job they don't like or even hate. If you do the job you like, the job will become your hobby. The hobby that brings you money. A small tip. Depression due to hated job or something else is mostly caused by a cortisol which prevails over serotonin in your blood. It happens because you always stay in condition of disapointment due to what you do or when you experience fail. You don't like what you do, you don't want to do it but you do and you suffer. If you restore the needed level of serotonin and cortisol, you will feel happy and safe again. You will feel tranquility. The point is - you get serotonin when you overcome something. This is the hormone of victory, it's like prize. You found a job you like - serotonin. You succeed in it - serotonin. You fixed your dayschedule - serotonin. Start to do something to change your life how you want it to be. Nobody talks about great feats. Start from little. Make a plan. Step by step. First you immediately feel good. But you need to maintain it. Do not stop. Go by your plan and become better. It's good if you will make notes by writing down your progress, then you will see your progress and it will make you proud of yourself. It will show you how far you already are from your fails and how far away they are from you. You will see that your fails do not chase you but you move further and further to success and stability. Hope this small tip will help somebody. And I need to make a notice. Things written above are appliable to the most people. There are people and situations which requires medical help or help of a doctor but if you think you are in such bad mental condition that you need a doctor you better go and check. But mostly you just need to hold a silence and analyze your feelings and condition. Mostly one just need to think and analyze and the decision will come. Once I visited a psychiatrist and was telling him the "story of my life" and first thing he told me was: "Stop dealing with idiots. They will drive you crazy." And he didn't prescribe me any medicine cause he told me they will make my mind foggy. Think, people.
That's such rubbish. Harmony is important but allowing robberry, pointless brutal fights and criminal acts is being a coward, as muslims we do not tolerate these kinds of acts and at the same Time we Value harmony. I say this because that is My impression of Hindu people, they just let everything happen, including crime i mentioned, and that is to not ruin their karma ???
