2 kg pork ribs.
Remove the film from the ribs.

2 onions.
8 cloves of garlic.

1 teaspoon Bunium persicum.
2 tablespoons ketchup.
1 teaspoon of adjika.
60 ml soy sauce.
Mix all ingredients well.

Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 3-4 hours.
